I ordered a Mitower but on the delivery day a normal tower arrived, i explained this to the driver who stated its easy to make that mistake online. He returned with the delivery to his depot, I contacted HSS to explain that due to redistricted access I needed a MiTower and I would have to pay the full amount including another deposit to have a mi tower delivered and a refund less charges for a canceled order and missed delivery would be taken of what I had paid and the remaining amount of the monies refunded to my card nearly ten days later I have not received a refund.
I asked to speak to customer services or a senior manager and was told I couldnt and had no choice but to pay again.
Disgusted with the way I had been dealt with I decided to get a refund and use another company to provide me with the tower I needed.
Since then I have tried contacting HSS depot as I've been unable to get through on the national number on invoice ands was told they couldn't help,
I have still not received any refund of the £298.00 I've been charged and cant get through to anyone at HSS to help
