Delivery failed to arrive on the day
Delivery failed to arrive on the day. No communication. Contacted HSS four times each time I was told a third party were delivering and that they would get back to me. No phone, no text no email came. No replies to either of the two emails I also sent. Two days later the delivery arrived. Luckily I happend to be there at the time. Nothing wrong with the product when it did arrive.
