Poor customer service
Tried calling customer service several times regarding update on order and held on for more than 15minutes but no answer. Very frustrating. Eventually got through when selecting option 1 for placing new order. Was told that a message would be sent in the morning to say if it would be an AM or PM delivery. Never received the message and had to stay in till order arrived in the afternoon.
