I purchased the peanut butter chocolate very disappointed just chocolate with nuts no peanut butter and I ordered a vegetarian selection very underwhelming

Received another delivery of delicious chocolate.

Ok here goes bloody fantastic service, I had a slight problem trying to place a order, so I phoned a lady in Hampshire boom order place she promised they would be with me next day and sure enough they have just arrived, they were a anniversary gift I’m so impressed with the service, Thank you Hotel Chocolat

Easy navigation of website. Next day delivery for an extra £1. Beautiful, delicious, mouth watering chocolate. I always buy a selection of different selectors I cannot rate them highly enough.

Excellent. Fully recommended. Order arrived on time. I love all Hotel Chocolat chocolates but the Mojito are my favourite.

Having just returned from Hotel Chocolat and Project Chocolat, in St Lucia, I was keen to continue tasting great chocolate. The Ginger Truffles were very nice, but they really needed a little more ginger. The dark chocolate was, as always, excellent. Thank you.

The new delivery company. Amazon delivered the parcel without ringing my door bell and left the chocolates in the sun. If I hadn't noticed they would have all melted. Please go back to royal mail, a much better service.

I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive it, I had to arrange for someone to be at my house to receive my package,

I placed my initial order on May 27, intended for delivery on May 31, and I paid extra for expedited shipping. For my sister wedding anniversary Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered my address instead of my sister’s. I promptly contacted customer service via email to request a change in the delivery address but did not receive a response.I started to panic and Following this, I utilized your live chat service, where a representative assured me that my order could be canceled. She confirmed that the cancellation was processed, and I subsequently placed a new order with the correct address. However, on May 31, my sister did not receive any delivery, prompting me to investigate further. To my dismay, I discovered a response indicating that the team was still waiting for the correct address. I explained that I had already canceled the incorrect order and placed a new one. The lack of acknowledgment regarding the cancellation caused significant confusion and frustration. While I appreciate that the team eventually sent the order, it was unacceptable that my sister only received her chocolates on Wednesday,4 of June. rather than the promised date of May 31. Given the premium price of your products, I expected a higher level of service and communication. I believe that as a reputable company, more attention should be given to customer concerns and order management. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your processes to prevent such issues in the future. The wedding anniversary surprise for my sister was ruined. Fantastic fella in the Mersey retail outlet. Adam was very knowledgeable and he helped me navigate the alcohol based chocolate. That’s Adam for the loyalty card.

I ordered a birthday gift of chocolates for my wife's birthday, 4 days later and still no delivery. Tracking information just says in transit, so I called the customer service team this afternoon and was told the chocolates will definitely be here today but nothing has come again. My wife's birthday is tomorrow and very disappointed about the delivery service as I waited in all day.

We take advantage of delivery services as we're often at home. Our experience extends to many different couriers; Amazon, Evri, DPD, UPS, and Royal Mail. We have noticed a growing trend towards a US style of delivery, drop the package by the front door and then move on to the next delivery. I guess the volume of packages is what drives this approach. Just by chance I noticed an email from Hotel Chocolat to say our package had been delivered. This was news to me, I've been in all day and only experienced one delivery today, from DPD who did knock and ring the doorbell, but then they did need a code from me. Whoever delivered the Hotel Chocolat package didn't try the door knocker or bell, or maybe I suffered a coincidental deafness during their delivery. It was on the front doorstep in clear view of the pavement and road. We get a fair amount of footfall and have been lucky, only one parcel has been lifted so far. To add to this, the box is marked keep out of direct sunlight. In the mid afternoon, when I would guess this was dropped off, our front porch is drenched by the sun. Pretty poor but pretty standard for Amazon and DPD deliveries. DPD, if they don't need a code, have a habit of dump and run too. Royal Mail are the only delivery service I trust, maybe their delivery people aren't so pressed to deliver huge volumes of parcels.

I bought two boxes of Unbelievably Vegan chocolates — one to try myself and the other as a gift. After tasting them, I can honestly say every single chocolate was absolutely delicious. Huge applause to the team behind these 😊👏 If you enjoy rich cocoa flavor over overly sweet chocolate, and appreciate a subtle, refined hint of nuts, you’ll probably love these as much as I did.

Arrived on time as the email said, courier put the box in the shade. All packaging recyclable. We enjoy the assorted box of different choices of chocolates rather than the one sleekster box because we’re not tempted to eat them so quickly. 😋

There is a new Velvetiser Cafe opened up in Winchester. The service is amazing and the staff are so helpful. Great atmosphere. Forget Starbucks opposite this new cafe is my go to place. Be nice to have tables outside.

The chocolate itself is nice and as expected. The delivery box said to avoid direct sunlight and the delivery driver left it in direct sunlight, by the time I got home the chocolate had started to melt. Not handled with care.

Just visited Kingston HC and wanted to thank Melissa for her welcome and professional response. Actually she made visiting the shop a pure joy and fun; cheery and made my day happier. I used my 75th Birthday voucher to buy my favourite drinking chocolate. Thanks for the sample and ice cream. As always delicious.
