Arrived quickly, good value and my friend loved them

Went to the Harrogate branch with a few friends from Ireland to show them the velvetisers. We were immediately greeted by Poppy who was super friendly and enthusiastic, she got us some samples of the black forest hot chocolate to try and was so knowledgeable about the products. We were all blown away by how kind and bubbly she was and she really knew her stuff. We all bought drinks and I came back separately to buy Father's Day chocolates afterward. Highly recommend!

We were served by a lady called Ickle in the Harrogate branch. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and suggested we try a taste of the 100 per cent cacao chocolate we were considering, just to be sure we liked it. Service above our expectations. Thank you!

Parcel left on doorstep even though I was in the house.Delivery man didn’t even ring bell . My front door is on the street so anyone could have taken it & the weather due to rain parcel in cardboard box could have been ruined if my neighbour hadn’t let me know the parcel was on step

Called in at Harrogate branch, where Mary was behind the counter. Very friendly and made me feel important. I was sad to learn that the 3 Selectors for £14 was no longer available in selected branches. I do understand why but how can your healthy chocolates be considered bad for us?

Ordered the banoffee hot chocolate, absolutely delicious 😋. The ordering was easy and the delivery was quite quick.
