The quality is fine, but I feel like I'm paying a premium just for the brand name. Found similar products elsewhere for significantly less money. Customer service was helpful when I had questions, but the value proposition just isn't there for me anymore.

Shipping is always fast and products arrive well-packaged. The only minor complaint is that some items can be pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Quality is excellent as always, but my last two orders took longer than expected to ship out. The tracking information wasn't updated regularly either. Once I got the products though, everything was perfect.
