Right hand does not know what the left is doing! Lost for words. Consistent over billing, extremely poor customer service and don't get me started on 'Operations'. I got to the bottom of my disconnection, nothing to do with overbilling, or holding payment. It was down to a single person in the Operations department who thought the account was a duplicate..... Incredible, I called up after the Bank Holiday weekend to find Customer Services telling me "the account is 'active', why do you think it's not working?". "Because I spent 4 hours over the weekend talking to your technical team and one of the Directors, also my 6 tenants sent me screen shot of the words 'no wifi connection'". Furthermore the technical team advised "the account had 'Ceased Action' against it, which was set to 5 mins to midnight on Thursday 22nd May". "Trust me there is no wifi connection!" What went wrong then? A single person had decided as I had two accounts for two separate houses, one of them had to be a duplicate and ordered an account closure. Had he checked the history ? I had been with Noone Broadband for 2 years and Home Telecom since December 2024 (now all the same company). Operations, its your turn to go back to school and Home Telecom, change your processes so any 'Account closures', are double checked and signed off by a Manager, please....

Payment system is a shambles. For the last 8 months I have had emails, texts and phone calls about allegedly declined direct debit payments EVERY MONTH. I call and get told they've fixed it, have even set up a new direct debit payment and it still keeps happening.
3 weeks of no internet and multiple calls with nothing being done about it. Horrible service. Stay away. How are you able to keep your business when you are this terrible?

The agent was very helpful & friendly Offered me more or less the same package as my current provider, very informative with a huge saving of over 50% Which is very safe satisfying
Happy with the deal until I read the contract. The sales person LIED in saying that the price was fixed for two years. Reading the small print it clearly says prices will increase each year. They lied to secure the contract, totally untrustworthy, contract HT2412946 is cancelled If you review your recording as you promised you will clearly hear me state…,”so no price increase for the length of the contract” Your sales person agreed. Also the money you took has still not been refunded. Is this how they are paid by STEALING the clients money.
Straight forward good price.
I cancelled my order and requested a refund for the money I have paid. 3 weeks on and no refund. Not really acceptable!!!!
It took a little while to sort but everyone we spoke to was helpful. They were patient and willing to try various things to get the results. Special mention to Matteo and Sarah.

The assistant on the phone was great. He was patient and didn't mind repeating information to me. He was great at explaining what to do, step by step. Very helpful. Priory to his call we had been off line for a week. But now back up and running.
