So this is the 6th review I have left with no contact from home telecom no resolve ! STEELING my money every month ! With no WiFi ! I HAVE CANCELLED MY DIRECT DEBIT NOW . Because I have been paying for a service which I haven’t been receiving and nothing!!!! I will be taking you to court if there is no contact to resolve this of theft! After over 12 years of my loyal service disgraceful adding to your response this is an absolute lie ! And not one person has called me in response to any complaint ! I have emails to prove this. So that’s an absolute lie
I spoke with Maria who was very knowledgeable but also very easy going and no matter what happened, she reassured me that it was ok and that there was a solution. She walked me through everything she was doing and everything she did. Really good, friendly manner, great customer service. 5 star experience

No consistency lost internet Saturday called Monday told fault called back Tuesday told account closed and had to open new account activation 11th email confirmation received Received another email after 5 o’clock with activation 16th called Wednesday told couldn’t give activation date as you hadn’t been informed by supplier 30 mins later email saying service connected and your good to go Thursday still no internet????

Charged me £29.99 just saying Engineer will come . But there is no need of engineer you can do by yourself. Very bad experience .
Do not use this company. Numerous issues, customer service is terrible. It's basically a scam company.
Irritating security questions at the start - when neither party can be sure that the other is legitimate. Otherwise, the caller Sam was very polite and helpful.
At last we are getting FTTP. Thanks to 'Grant' for getting things rolling and providing us with all the jargon free set up details, and not selling us a zillion Mbps set up which we don't need. Now looking forward to trouble free downloads, surfing, and watching. The engineer will be here soon yeah!

An official complaint has gone in. Promises made at the outset of the account being opened weren't honored. Not only that but the cost went up by £10 per month for two years with the start of a new contract. Finally when asked to speak to a manger they refused to do so.
Absolute terrible customer service. Unfortunately I got myself into a 24 month contract when I moved into a property. The fee to end the contract is expensive unless you sign yourself up for another of their services, then they are happy to break the previous contract for free!! They told me a price to put it on hold by 2 different people, the a few weeks later I was told they had their info wrong and they wanted more money. They harassed me with emails and phone calls sometimes 2-3 times a day. Absolutely avoid this company. Their customer service is shockingly bad
They need to improve on customer service. I had to hold for more than 25 minutes to speak to someone. English accent can be improved and I expected an earlier job than waiting for more than 2 weeks for an appointment.
Conversation with sales fine. Need to wait and see how the installation goes. Too early for review.
Spoke to Norbit i think his name was. This was the 3rd time speaking to him on separate occasions, and he's been brilliant. He's talked me through everything clearly and really helped me understand. I phoned today and got someone else who just sent me an email that made no sense, phoned again and got Norbit and he instantly remembered me and knew what was wrong. Excellent service. I'm super happy.
