Amazing customer service provided by Jordan, understood our needs and got us the best deals for our property. We are very satisfied by his friendly approach and he explained everything in a calm and friendly manner. We thank him again for the amazing service and we are extremely happy with the deals we have been provided.
Had a non-trivial billing and contract change requirement involving divesting myself of my old domains and business broadband / DNS / etc - and converting this to a consumer broadband product without hosting or domains. Lost internet for over a week. Neither them or ms3 care about there customers. Took ages to get a telephone service sorted even though they was shown multiple times that it was included in the contract. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a cowboy company. And they expect money for early cancellation when they’ve never honoured the contract to start off with.
My reason for calling was absolutely dealt with and I had a chat with my responder which felt good. Top guy he is.
Upon talking to Mr brown we were explained about the various options we able to take out regarding changing service providers and he was honest with us that our gas n electric supplier octopus were the one to stay with Changing only broadband
