Another falsehood. They tell me I will save gbp250 per year by paying the cheapest available price for an electricity only deal they offer me but the unit kwh rate and the daily charge are both higher than I currently pay so how will this deal save me money? Answer IT WONT. so don't believe anything they tell you is my advice. Got this via Money Saving Expert, so same applies to them! Useless both of them!
Speedy & helpful email response to a problem submitting metre readings on line. Only loses a star because of the problem with the website making the enquiry necessary in the first place.

I input a wrong gas meter reading by accident. I informed Home Energy about it via their contacts page. A wonderfully helpful lady called Sabrina rapidly got back in touch and informed me that she had rectified the problem. I was then able to relax and not fret. This standard of service is exemplary.

The service I received through the webchat was quick and solved my issue without fuss. The responses were friendly and it was really refreshing when they agreed that my issue was a website design issue and that they'd ask for it to be fixed. The only reason for dropping a star is that the bot asked for my name and postcode, then the agent came on and asked for the same information again straightaway, which was slightly frustrating.

I had moved supplier and decided to pay off what I owed as a one off then cancel my dd so it didn't overpay and then I wait to be repayed. Following clearing the balance I received emails to say my direct debit had been canceled and could I be in contact to discuss. I phoned the number and after not too long Kim answered the phone, listened to my issue, apologised and said she'd follow up with the relevant department. All sorted in less than 5 minutes - many thanks Kim!
