Speedy response to a problem
I had moved supplier and decided to pay off what I owed as a one off then cancel my dd so it didn't overpay and then I wait to be repayed. Following clearing the balance I received emails to say my direct debit had been canceled and could I be in contact to discuss. I phoned the number and after not too long Kim answered the phone, listened to my issue, apologised and said she'd follow up with the relevant department. All sorted in less than 5 minutes - many thanks Kim!
