Still awaiting a refund. No contact from this company. They have no customer care policy. Avoid at all costs. We are going to the small claims court. Do t waste your hard earned money with this company. Look elsewhere sane stuff and cheaper. Xxx

Overall good purchase for the amount and happy with the service with good communication when delivering it. FYI: if you don’t have lift and delivery person have to bring the sofa upstairs they will charge few pounds (20-30 pounds) depending on how many stairs which is reasonable.

20/05/2025 - Priorities, receiving this email to rate the service is a bit ludicrous considering I haven’t received the order yet. When marketing forgets about customer service. 23/05/2025 - Update, it has turned up, all is good in the hood. Upgraded from a joke to a 3.

Delivery driver refused to help me move the box. I asked several times for help and informed I recently had surgery. The delivery driver watched me struggle to move a 25kg box. Raised a complaint and the home done team said I should have gave the driver a £30 tip to take one step into my house to move the box… instructions of how to build the shed also not great!!! Will not purchase from home done again. Worst experience I have ever had

No stars from me disgusting company returned a marble table to their fabulous warehouse. It’s a run down farm in the middle of nowhere where. The owner said to me we rarely see them. Anyway I left the table took photos and the farm guy said thank you. Move on the bunch of liars at home said we have never received the table and will not issue a refund. So I Am taking them to the small claims court. If you want anything from there website look elsewhere sometime cheaper but you get better after sales after care. And you feel Wanted as a customer but not this shite company

Fast delivery

We purchased a Modern Design Oak Top Dining Table Set with Bench - Navy Blue from home done and feel we have been. A sticker fell on the table and when we removed the sticker the top of whatever it is on the table came off. Whatever is on the hardboard top is no thicker than a piece of paper. So my advice to anybody is if you want a table and benches that look good then buy this set. However if you want a table and benches you actually intend to use them do not. It may look good but is not fit for purpose. Also home done will not do anything about the problem they just keep giving excuses. Next stop trading standards this is a terrible table and is not usable as a table.
