Order a shoe wall cabinet, which arrived within the promised delivery time of 10 days. Cabinet material of good quality. Assembly instructions a bit sparse and reason for not giving 5 stars. One had to hammer into position the first plastic bits, which was not made clear in the instructions. The unit has no back panel, which though worked out in our favour. Solid unit able to store about 20 pairs of shoes, where the upper section mostly fits women sandals or flat shoes. Do recommend as with 4 shelves this cabinet is higher than most others.

I order the 5 seater Verona sofa and the quality is absolutely shocking! The seat cushions were solid and the back cushions were completely out of shape meaning I had to unzip all of them and re arrange the stuffing. The brackets you need to clip the different sections of the sofa together were all wonky leaving us having to remove them and put them back on again straight but even then they were not straight and there was a visible difference. There were staples sticking out from where the fabric had been attached, we had to bang them all on so no one got injured. The delivery drivers were not able to get the sofa in through the door stating that it was top narrow so my disabled husband has to go out and do this himself. They then did not put the sofa together or even take off the wrapping and dispose of it. My husband and I then to put the sofa together ourselves which was not as easy task seeing as he is disabled with a limb difference. I sent photos to Home Done and as I had already paid the full amount for the sofa I asked for a partial refund which was denied. I was offered £10!!!

Super speedy delivery - ordered 1 day, delivered the next. Sturdy swing. Took no time at all for the 2 of us to erect. Love the new addition to my garden

Very satisfied with the grey and black corner sofa I purchased. The quality is outstanding. The delivery time they give was spot on and on time as stated. The lads that delivered the sofa were polite and professional and literally took seconds to get in the house,and easy to to put together. i was surprised how smooth and quick it was. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again from here soon

Delivery guys were really good and helpful chair was as expected I love my new chair. Also with me being admitted to hospital I had to postpone delivery and the staff were amazing and so helpful during my difficult time and once I was home delivery got sorted quickly

Everything was as I ordered and the date they said. The 2 delivery guys were excellent aswell

On arrival of my new sofa, the delivery drivers did not respect my property, instead of lifting my items they pushed it into the house and ripped the brusher out from the bottom of the front door, and then when they brought my sofa into the house, they broke one of the legs .

Great little sofa for the price, delivery men were lovely, took it to room of choice and were very chatty. Kept informed with times of delivery too. Would recommend this company, especially the delivery people 😊

Awful customer service. Wrong sofas sent and then a further delay and awful product when it arrived. Had to pay to get replacement inserts for the sofa as it was so uncomfortable. The company I went to could not believe that material had been used for a sofa. Do not use!!!

Great price for good quality sofa. Delivery was slow. I was given a 2 week window for delivery, then given a date 2 days after the end of that window then had It delayed again for another 3 days.

Ordered a bed frame and got a txt when it was arriving. It came without any issues.

I love the table and chairs but, i tried to buy it the first purchase did not go through, i emailed and then ennded up ordereing it again, when i kept adding in my basket it added on another £10 i did email but eventually gave up and paid it.

Very prompt delivery with updates of delivery date so could arrange for someone to be here. Wardrobe is beautiful and extremely spacious.

I bought a polytunnel from homedone and the hinges for the door didn’t line up with the pre-drilled holes for the hinges to screw into. Informed them of this immediately and had a reply saying show pictures and refer to the instructions which pieces needed sending and we will replace them, great, or so I thought. So I expecting to be sent the faulty pieces to replace but no instead they said they would come back to collect the item (which was now built and on the allotment) and bring a replacement which again was no point as it took hours to get it up in the first place so they refunded me £20 which is no use to me either so now I’ve got a polytunnel with a dodgy door. All I wanted was a door that shut and opened on my polytunnel this was the reason for buying an upgrade as I’ve always had zip polytunnels. Wish I never bothered now. Very disappointed with Home done.
