Wrong corner delivered missing cushion and seats are rock solid like sitting on a wooden floor! having trying to solve this spoke to several people via email then pure silence nothing back at all for 8 days now. Wouldn't recommend
Waited a week longer for delivery sofas falling apart there no way to get in contact with anyone even when you do they don't help or can't speak clear English

This is the worst company I ever bought from. Waited almost a month for item to be delivered. No contact from them to tell me it was delayed. Took me 3 days to finally get in touch with them and the customer service was awful.
I ordered garden furniture from Homedone as it was at the best price I could find. I was a bit dubious as there were some negative reviews about the service from this company. However the item arrived very quickly well packaged and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely order from this company again.

Worst furniture company ever, took over a month to arrived, cushions are damaged, 1 cushion didn’t turn up, 2 months later still waiting for this to be “posted next day delivery”. Asked for a partial refund for rubbish service, gave me a £30 voucher to use next time. Save your money and avoid this company run by clowns.

The armchairs arrived within the time stated, 2/3 days. Looked exactly as described, easy to assemble, comfortable and good value for money.
Love the chairs, I thought they would come already built bit disappointed at having to build them as they are not easy to put together. Very tight neat fit requires brute strength. That said I obviously didn't read the advert. Love the chairs look great.

On searching through Google Home Done always came up with the best and lowest price and the added bonus of free delivery. My order of my parrot travel cage arrived quickly and very well packaged. Quite easy to assemble. Excellent quality and I'm rest assured my parrot can travel safely with me on my camping trips

Very disappointed with lack of customer service. My furniture arrived damaged two weeks ago and, after sending pictures as evidence, the matter is still unresolved. I wish that I’d researched reviews of Homedone before buying from them and don’t recommend.
