I paid RSPB for delivery Thursday. DX said it was coming but never arrived then they said it would be between 10.37 and 12.37 Friday but it never came in the window nor at all . Did an on-line chat and they said the 2 hour window was only a guideline but its an all day service and could give no updates. Heard nothing today Saturday. Will never buy from anyone using DX as a carrier. they tell you nothing and dont honour anything basically just rude people.
