Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

This company is a scam. There worst delivery experience I have ever had, late delivery, extra fees, lies, abusive drivers and then no refund. Customer service are trained with a script on how to scam you. No consideration for your rights as a consumer. Avoid at all costs otherwise you could lose alot of money.

Delivery on time and great very sturdy table....very pleased

I was kept up to date about my delivery every step of the way. My wardrobe arrived on time and was very well built by the 2 very polite people who delivered it. It was my first time buying from this company I will use again and would recommend them.

I had paid for a right side chelsea sofa, cancelled it reading the reviews on Trust Pilot, didn’t go ahead with delivery. Thought I will get my amount back. But they charged 129£ for just taking back the package!!!! Got lucky though what if I had got the product and had to suffer with it !

Sent me a sofa different from the one advertised. Was told they changed the design because of customers complaints the cushions fall off !? My problem is...its different and not the same. Even the colour is different. No refund offered. Want to charge me for collection too ! Don't buy the Jumbo cord corner sofa.
