My experience with Home Done was good no complaints! I was a little sceptical from other reviews but I took the chance and it worked out well got my sofa on time and was exactly like the pictures.
Jones 8 x 6ft Garden Shed with Foundation Kit - Grey I picked this because of the perfect size for my plot. It's ok but very flimsy and weak, I slipped with a screwdriver and it popped a hole in the wall very easily. I will have to line the inside walls with ply to strengthen the sidewalls this will cost £60 so the shed is over priced for what it is.
I have no problem with home done in fact the customer service was excellent and rectified problems immediately. The courier service wasn’t great as they mislaid the first item. This was sorted swiftly with home done.
I had to wait a long time for my order, but when arrived it was worth the wait. The armchair is very comfortable and good quality.
Couch was not new and still waiting for new covers after a month ?
Act delivery was a fortnight later than estimated. Had a text that it was being delivered Monday so took time off....the text was for someone else's order. It was delivered Tuesday so had to take more time off. Took pictures of boxes as ripped and battered. Quality of product is poor but looks nice. Instructions woeful.
Customer service has been terrible. Told different things every time I’ve phoned regarding delivery. Still haven’t received sofa. And now refusing to refund my money
Missed delivery window and there was no communication this was going to happen. Had tonl chase customer service myself several time for an answer as to where the product was. I got a none committal answer that it was on its way but wouldn’t provide a tracking number or firm timelines. Otherwise the chair is lovely.
Comfotable nice size couch
Dishonest company who illegally took a fee when I did not receive my items. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We ordered 4 matching dining room chairs, in fairness they were delivered very quickly, however 2 of them were the incorrect colour, this was 2 weeks ago and we still have not received the correct chairs ordered after numerous e mails back and forth and multiple pictures of the incorrect chairs / correct chairs / the box the incorrect chairs are in. This has meant we only have 2 chairs in our dining room and have been stuck with a huge box (with the incorrect chairs in) in our hall for the last 2 weeks.

Ordering product was very easy and delivery time was good. First delivered product was damaged either in transit or by the bad handling of the deliverer. After sales advisor, Shah, was very supportive, advised what I needed to do to have the item replaced, kept me up to date and replacement received, with no damages, even thouh the box was very very damaged. Although I am happy with my product and the after sales, I will not be using the company again as the deliverer's do not handle your items with care.
Ordered a shed with a base. The item doesn’t include a base and instead requires foundations created to sit within. Have been trying to agree to return the misadvertised item for over 2 weeks. Was offered £10 to keep an item that is no use. Was finally given an address to return the shed to, giving me 1 working day to return it, or my return request would be closed. After sales care is terrible and they do everything to cause delays and prevent you returning the item. Offered to drive the goods to there depot, and they declined. Now opening a section 75 dispute with my credit card company for mis-advertised goods and failing to operate within UK legislation.
You said it would be here on the 6 June never come you said that you wood. Get it delivered as quickly as. Possibly it never come on 24 of junary and thay are still waiting for the delivery I would never buy from you again

Ordered some garden furniture. I have never used this company before, but I will certainly use them again. Best price by far when compared to others. Easy to order and delivery was really quick. I emailed to check when my order would be dispatched and they replied really quickly. Definitely worth 5 stars. Excellent company
