Terrible customer service Trying to return my item was a nightmare Took numerous phone calls and I still haven't received my refund or any communication regarding when I will .

5* Customer service. Items purchased were damaged. This was rectified swiftly with new stools arriving in good time. Reyan was courteous & helpful throughout. Will definitely use again.

Awful company. Bought a refrigitor cabinet and upon taking a look at the size I told them that same day to cancel my order. The next day I called their customer service twice and explained the situation and they said they are working on it, that i will most likey get my refund in 24 hours. 24 hours past and to my surprise they sent me a tracking number, saying the product has been dispatched and they can no longer cancel. I went over to the tracking number and the product hasn't been dispatched yet, which means this can be easily cancelled. its like they are doing every thing they can to sell an unwanted product to me. I know and they know it will be hard to return this product , as this problem has been reported on trust pilot. Basically the product will be usless to me because its not the right size. Mind you, this fridge cabinate is big, so potentially if it arrives returning it will cost me alot of money. Please do not buy from vendor, it's bad news. £137 wasted

BEEN TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR 2 WEEKS BUT GETTING NOWHERE DISGUSTING COMPANY

The product was delayed but Home Done provided good communications keeping me informed. Product was very good quality and we are very happy. Would recommend

I visited the site as they sell a set of drawers I'm after. I went as far as putting my details into the checkout. I have a prepaid visa so wasn't sure if it would be accepted here (anyway it wasnt) which was fine but around an hour later 5.30pm they took my details from checkout and attempted to call me! They've since emailed me too and called again at 6pm! I could be wrong but surely if I'm not signed up or haven't made a purchase they can't use/save my details like that? I googled the call and it triggered me to check on Trust Pilot to see if I'd visited a scam site. Glad I checked...I've found what I want elsewhere at a better price anyway but I certainly wouldn't deal with these. I'm glad I didn't answer, from what I read I'd expect them to be pushy over the phone. Number blocked!

Avoid at all costs - plenty of reputable and rep companies out there for cheaper sofas of which Home Done is neither - Been Done more like.

Sent different sofa to the photo, when complained told was told different sofa and can't go by photo!! Arranged to return, one problem after another!! They collected and now not giving refund, everytime I contact they say, slipped through accounts, person off sick.

I would give zero if I could. This company are registered in the uk therefore should follow all our standards and rules. They tell lie after lie. I ordered a setee but due to a death no longer needed. Checked my order said preparing so I cancelled with plenty of time. They are trying to say my order is at the delivery firm. I asked which one so I could ring them. Told no I said I will get the item returned to you. No they want £50. What a joke luckily I have recorded all calls including the one where I was told it was not ready yet. Then the next day it’s in Birmingham apparently. Honestly stay clear of this company majority of customers have issues. Remember if something looks too good to be true it usually is however this is just trash.

Disappointing order. Damaged parts which I can only assume were in transit. Missing parts and to date have not received any replacement parts. Customer service is appalling. Ignore emails, do not assist on phone. I have had to revert to my Statutory Rights and request a refund or discount but despite several times requesting this I am still awaiting a reply.

Easy to order. Great communication re delivery date, which was early, but with plenty of notice. Friendly delivery team who handled the order with care and brought it inside, even though it was heavy. Excellent quality wardrobe too!

We were unsure if to buy from Home done after seeing some poor reviews but we took our chance and we are so pleased we did! We bought a wardrobe that arrived one week later as promised. They gave us a call (twice!) to confirm the delivery date, which I appreciated very much. They did say the driver was going to call us to give us a time window and that didn't happen. but after having read previous reviews it feels this is a recurrent issue with the company they use to deliver the items so we just made sure someone was home that day and all went very smoothly. assembling the wardrobe was a smooth experience and we are very pleased with it. it's sturdy and well done. very happy with all of it!

This company is an absolute scam. My item came broken. Asked for an exchange. The whole item was picked up with only the broken peice returned. Now they are claiming they never picked up the item!

Excellent Communication Great Delivery Drivers Great Sofa

I ordered three pieces of furniture a 3seater, 2seater and a chair Verona high back in mink. When I received the furniture on the 28th Feb the 3seater was scatter back, the 2seater was scatter back and wrong colour and the chair was dirty. I still haven’t had a replacement or even a date for replacement and it’s been over a week now. Absolutely terrible customer service I have been calling all week and all they keep telling me is that they will talk to the depot and get back to me.
