I bought corner sofa . It was free shipping & handling . But they want extra money for delivery (cash) . Sofa supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago . They send wrong item so they have to cancelled my order to make correct one . Its been 1.5 month and im still waiting . If you send them email they respond quickly but they cant sort it out problems .
Terrible service . When complaining I was spoken over. Delivery was supposed to happen but cancelled at last minute then when I said cancel they are trying to charge a delivery charge. Do not Order from Here
This company were easy to deal with as you would expect when purchasing something online. This however is where the praise ends. After sales have been horrific. Delivery was a week late, no communication was provided until I chased for this asking where the item was. I dealt with Faizan initially who was no help absolutely useless and repeatedly gave me scripted answers to my questions when raising a complaint. Then once delivery happened and I signed for the wrapped sofa, put it together and used it for less than two weeks, the sofa material has deteriorated already. However the advisor Fahad says this is normal and due to use of such materials? Also tells me they do not go by the consumer rights act 2015 and will not accept issues raised within 30 days of purchase it must be 48hrs. My issues did not occur until about a week or two after purchase but I would assume as a customer they would want to help me. No. They again and again repeat to me that they cannot help and that I should have raised the issues with 48hrs and that deterioration is normal after use. If I had known a sofa of £800 would be deteriorating as ‘normal’ after sitting on it, which it is designed for, I would have spent the money elsewhere. Be very careful with company like this who take your money nice and easily but any after sales support is the worst I have ever ever experienced.
I am pleased to say that my order was delivered safely, and that I am very satisfied with the purchase. Instructions were helpful, but could be improved with more verbal content, especially when securing the extension arm lockpins. A big bonus is that when party colaspsed it fits easily on the back seat of my car, and when in use provides a safe 'solid' feel. I have tested it getting on and off public transport without any difficulty. The rollator was excellent value for the money. Thank you.
The product is good quality and just what we needed for the hall ( coat hooks/shelf and shoe tidy/bench.) There was a delay in delivery and a refund was offered but we were prepared to wait . Communication was good and delivery arrangements were checked with us beforehand. I would buy from this company again.
Terrible service made me wait two months for my sofa when said it’ll only take 2-3 weeks only once it finally arrived I was told by the delivery driver I had to pay £50 for him to bring it up to my flat and when I denied pay he started shouting in my house and calling me all the words under the sun I was frightened and then my neighbour heard his composition he came to my rescue but God knows what he would of done he was very big and aggressive and I’m just a small girl do not order this at your own risk
Avoid if you can. Purchased a wardrobe from them and the assembly was a nightmare. Plenty of fixings missing, and loads included that weren’t necessary. Holes pre-drilled in the wrong place, and instructions smudged and really poor quality. Had to make it up as I went along. Buy from a reputable retailer, not this lot.
This is a company to avoid you have been warned. I received 2 settees in January both were defective because they had legs provided separately but there was no way you could fit them to the settees. After complaining about this it took 5 weeks for this company to collect them. I have now waited over a fortnight for the money to be returned to my account. I am still waiting !!!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
We ordered a rabbit hutch... within a month it was leaking pee onto the carpet Despite paying £130 it's now sitting ready to be skipped and Home Done "can't do anything about it" I would never shop here again! £130 literally pi55ed away

Update on my previous experience: After multiple emails and complaints, I finally received the side table yesterday. However, the refund for the rest of my order which was cancelled by the store was still not issued. They keep promising “you’ll receive your refund in the next 7-10 days”, then “2-3 days”, then “24 hours” but it never happened! Told them that if I don’t receive a refund asap I will contact the authorities. For people who never received their order and are thinking of getting a refund for it…. Good luck!

Easy to order, not too long a wait, good product. Delivery man could have been a bit friendlier but I guess he has not been recruited by you.
Left a key for the delivery drivers, made no mess delivered my settee and chair. The settee is firm great quality for the price, heavy, really happy for £795!
Item is brilliant, delivery was fast, however, no text or email for delivery day or time, no card through door, also and more worryingly. The box containing the swing was left stood up next to the front door on a busy street?

Ordered and paid for a greenhouse when it was delivered we only got part 2of 2 the driver said it would be dropped tomorrow. It wasn't phoned and got told driver delivered both parts.After alot of phone call emails photos we finally got the second part after2 and a half weeks .absolutely awful customer service. Would recommend any one use this company
Really nice experience shopping here. I ordered a watch box that I had a slight issue with but as soon as I mentioned this to the customer service team (after the holiday delay time), they were quick to offer me the solution of sending out a replacement item or giving me a prtial refund of £20 when I paid something around £50 for the item itself. I got the replacement and it was sent out with Evri Next Day delivery which was great. Would recommend shopping here, decent prices and good customer service. Earned a loyal customer
I give five star review as delivery driver called when he arrived which i was not in. So he said it will be back out tomorrow or can arrange another day for when i would be in. Ive never had that from any other delivery company. Even delivered the parcel the next day at the same time as the day before.
