Item arrived Faulty. Packed with 2 of the same parts. And No Fittings. So unable to assemble. Contacted Customer service. Told Flat pack items are None refundable and you have to jump though hoops. Providing photos and videos. Was told that I can purchase spare parts. No Refund No problem I will do a Charge Back on Bank Card. Please Check Reviews and Buy elsewhere.

Fast delivery, good quality, sturdy and quite easy to put it together but I ordered white and what I've got it's not pure white. For that reason I gave 4*.
Bought a water vapor fireplace from Home Done. Initially I was contacted that the product I bought was out of stock and offered an alternative which has a higher price. Shipment was not too bad as I received an alternative product in 2 weeks. However, I noticed that Home Done find an alternative from an eBay seller based in China / Taiwan! Product is good enough to function properly though. But the experience was a little odd. I also had to pay import tax, etc. but Home Done eventually refund me for that additional tax. So overall I got the product I wanted but can not give 5 star...
I ordered the Desmond jumbo cord corner sofa I’ve been anxious about it turning up because it was so cheap! But it’s arrived today and it’s absolutely perfect! Amazing quality perfect and true to size and the delivery men were lovely! Delivery took a while but was defo worth the wait! Very Happy customer

I purchased a shed came rather quick but did come on 2 different days one box each day .some of the bits were bent but managed to straighten them out .instructions wasn’t that clear but managed 2 build the 9x4 shed in the 2 coldest days of the year
