Arrived very quickly and was exactly as ordered.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been chasing my sofa for WEEKS and every time they’ve given me false delivery dates. After speaking with them yesterday and told my sofa will finally come this week - they’ve just informed me that it’s been damaged and was the only one available!!! I’ve waited a month for a sofa that was never coming, not to mention the time I’d taken off work to be available for this facade delivery! They have no one senior to speak to nor are they willing to compensate me for the stress nor inconvenience. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Will never order from here again. Sofa came damaged and the wrong colour. Delivery took a very long time. Delivery guy finally turned up with his wife and he threw my sofa off the van and tried to use a trolley to bring g the sofa to my door he couldn't possibly have done this alone so my partner helped him. I'm not surprised the sofa arrived damages and judging from the reviews I won't get my money back either. Terrible company

ADAM MANAGER from HOMEDONE is a thieve alongside he’s colleagues . You will NEVER EVER get a REFUND They will NEVER EVER REPLACE They will never ANSWER the PHONE from GUILTY CONSCIENCEs’. It’s been over two years plus , that: he’s refused to refund a half fixed unstable ,faulty wardrobe ,rude, lies too much, unprofessional, makes promises he does not keep, 0 honour or respect he will speak to you as of your worthless . £800 plus That my mother has multiple injury’s from this wardrobe ( deceased) from this danger . Now I gave a laceration 2 inches deep in my knee , further nerve damage and loss of sensation in one leg. They are unprofessional, he goes on holiday and comes back with no apology . He has a careless and heartless attitude! No matter how desperate you are , stay far away from this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Falling of wardrobe , dead parent and damaged knee . RUN!!!!!! DO NOT BUY NOTHING!!!!! Consumer rights does not exist to them .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Company will breach your statutory rights. I ordered a sofa which had not arrived in the estimated time frame, so I wanted to cancel, which under the consumers rights I can legally cancel the order for a full refund. Home Done were having none of this and tried to force a sale onto me by charging a cancellation fee. I had to get my money back through the credit card company. Stay away.

We haven't put the bed up yet, but the price was good, communication was excellent and delivery was on point.

Delivered half a chair for a 93yeara old lady. Can’t believe the service we received practically non existent. Still waiting for it a week later. XPD said they were only given half a chair to deliver. Just shocking, who in their right mind would send out half a chair Barbaric .wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .

Said the item had been dipstached it wasn't, this was confirmed by the courier DX- reporting to my credit card firm to get a refund as they promise a reply by email and never send anything. Called them 3 times and they jsut ask for it be reported via email

I ordered a galvanised raised garden bed, described as grey. As per the image advertised I expected this to be dark grey in colour as there was no conditions or limitations to suggest otherwise. Unfortunately the product that arrived is pale grey in colour, nothing like the image. As it's 'not as described' I have requested to return this item but have been told that this would be at my own cost.

Despite long delivery time caused by DHL who damaged the parcel I am overall happy . The best option to solve the problem from my experience is to send an email. Customer service over the phone wasn't so good . I was talking with someone who promised to look in to my issue then I waited over an hour on the phone and was disconnected. My courier was changed to XDP which is very good. Ater fter 2 weeks I received my order .

When I ordered the item it was for my 93 year old gran who is in hospital with a fractured hip and they won't discharge her until I receive this item, I received an email saying it would be delivered on the 22nd march and it didn't come. I received half of the chair yesterday amd the customer service team have said a different parcel was delivered on the 20th? I've not received the full item and given the cost of it this is disgusting! I'm not happy at all and this has caused me and my family alot of stress. I won't be ordering ever again from this company as their responses have been very delayed and I don't feel they look after their customers!

Home done were brilliant and super fast delivery! Sadly the product needed different size fittings than it came with. Which was out of Home Done control.

Good value, nice sturdy ,easy to put together .

I ordered sofas when they arrived I thought the colour looked different in real life. I sent the sofas back as wasn’t happy. Home done has taken about a month to give me my refund and it’s not the full amount. I have now contact my bank. I will never order from them again.
