Faizan and Fahad
This company were easy to deal with as you would expect when purchasing something online. This however is where the praise ends. After sales have been horrific. Delivery was a week late, no communication was provided until I chased for this asking where the item was. I dealt with Faizan initially who was no help absolutely useless and repeatedly gave me scripted answers to my questions when raising a complaint. Then once delivery happened and I signed for the wrapped sofa, put it together and used it for less than two weeks, the sofa material has deteriorated already. However the advisor Fahad says this is normal and due to use of such materials? Also tells me they do not go by the consumer rights act 2015 and will not accept issues raised within 30 days of purchase it must be 48hrs. My issues did not occur until about a week or two after purchase but I would assume as a customer they would want to help me. No. They again and again repeat to me that they cannot help and that I should have raised the issues with 48hrs and that deterioration is normal after use. If I had known a sofa of £800 would be deteriorating as ‘normal’ after sitting on it, which it is designed for, I would have spent the money elsewhere. Be very careful with company like this who take your money nice and easily but any after sales support is the worst I have ever ever experienced.
