I wasn't informed when the delivery will be made. Website said 10 days. They dumped the 30 kg heavy and awkward shaped parcel on my neighbour and left without giving a days' notice. I had no chance to organise storage. Inconsiderate!!!!!

Terrible customer service. We bought 2 chairs, one went together perfectly the other was faulty. They refused to have it replaced and just offered us a replacement bar. Kept asking for more and more photos. Waste of £100. Very poor quality.

The fabric was sewn too tight, could not pull down far enough, it's all creased up at the sides. The nuts do not turn on the screws, had to buy our own. All in all it looks very shabby for what we paid. Would not deal with again.
