Very good customer service. Kept us updated with progress of our order at every stage. Had to call the online customer service with a query at one stage, which was dealt with promptly by a very polite and courteous agent. Sofas arrived well packed and delivered with care. Thank you, Homedetail!

Efficient quick and courteous
Brilliant service from start to finish.
The sofa bed arrived when planned in two big boxes, was easy to assemble and looks great. It is very comfortable to sit and sleep on too. The company called and emailed me to communicate on the day of delivery and then when the driver was on his way.
Really poor quality desk
Delivery was well communicated and driver/asst. friendly and helpful. Product was boxed well but had some damage. A couple of marks were evident but not an issue - one ‘strand’ was broken and one twisted, not looking great. Cannot say how the broken strand was damaged. Overall product (furniture) quality could be better. Cushions seem ok.
I purchased an AirRobo Cat litter just over a year ago. It has developed a major fault this is the response I got from Home Detail. ‘ Thank you for your message. All of our items come with a 1 year only manufacturers warranty. As this was purchased on 3rd June 2023, and you reported this issue on 16th June, this is now outside of the warranty period I am afraid. Have used this company before and been pleased, no less pleased this time. Easy purchase, very fast delivery, competitive price, happy customer.
Placed an order, this was then cancelled the day before and then I am waiting for a refund so I've had to pay out double and have been advised this can take up to 2 weeks for a refund which I think is disgusting given I'd already been sent the tracking info etc. If something is out if order then it should be removed from the site
Everything was perfect
Not come across Home Detail before, but pleased that I have. Item was in stock, delivered next day, was easy to assemble, good quality furniture and excellent price. Communication was quick and responsive, and a small query was dealt with very efficiently by Holly and Waseem. Would not hesitate to use again.
