I have to give a review as this company, that I have never used before have been fantastic. Such good service from start to finish, friendly helpful and polite. I had to call initially with a query, charmingly dealt with and my mind put at rest. What a quick delivery time from when I ordered my sofa to arrival, with no hidden delivery fees. Always updated on delivery progress and lovely helpful delivey guys when it arrived. What a hassle free experience, 5 stars from me! Thank you!

This is the second (identical) garden sofa set I’ve bought from Home Detail. I liked it so much, I’ve doubled up. I am just as happy with the service and product as I was the last time. Ordering was easy, communications regarding delivery was brilliant and product is perfect. Pity the sun has done a disappearing act.

Really poor quality sofa. Wasn’t expecting much but the quality is atrocious and the cushion covers are not even stitched properly. And holes between stitches. Horrible

Quality is not not good.Broken wood underneath.Cannot tightened properly.Also hole wasn't right place.It was difficult to adjust.

Easy purchase process. Delivery on time, great product , especially for the price. Exactly as described. Mattress on a but thinner side but sofa bed will be used only occasionally for the guests so nothing that a good mattress topper couldn't solve.

Good looking sofa bed but very very uncomfortable and poor quality! Literally I can feel the wooden frame whem I'm seating on it.

The only reason get 2 stars as was a quick delivery but the item came damaged, many chips within the frame and the main bit is literally snapped off.

The delivery driver was very helpful and the sofa was even better than expected. The quality is great and easy to put together. The only problem was not being told if it was an am or pm delivery . Apart from that highly recommend.
