Thieves that's all I can say Them poor customers

Jason and Tom the Managers of the Dover store has stole £300 from a customer!! You really should be ashamed of yourselfs, especially smirking in the mother’s face!! Home Bargains, sort your staff out. Something has gone on in that store and your allowing it to happen

Absolutely horrified to see how a poor lady from Essex has been scammed out of £300 for nutcrackers. Just refund the lady plus compensation for fuel and distress. Both managers need suspending and investigating. I will never shop in any of your stores again unless this situation is resolved!

Not a bargain at all only bought a few household items came to 40 pound only went in for the 5 pound 24 toilet rolls never again too expensive

First and last time ordering via Home Bargains online. Ordered on 13th November and had to chase for an update. Got an email off Evri saying they had it, then there was a delay. Received items and the lid had come off one of the tubs, so the contents were unusable. Will never use again and will just go into the store.

Its the first time going to home bargains today. I love B&M. But home bargains is better and a lot cheaper. And the staff are a lot happier as well.

I bought a nut cracker and a broom and both broke on their first use the quality is questionable

Horrible older lady on tills at 13:35 19/11/24 whom took over from SL. I heard her moaning to another till worker about someone, absolutely horrible. She also spoke to me in an hostile way. Shameful worker.

Do not order online! Order went ‘missing’ and customer service to try and sort it out was shocking.

Placed an order a week ago now and no dispatch notification or anything, contacted customer service about 5 times and had no reply whatsoever, they’ve literally just taken my money and disappeared, no other way to contact them or anything either. Having to contact my bank for a clawback because home bargains have stolen my money,

Order placed and pleased with my purchases only problem was that an item was missing. I emailed customer support and they got back to me very quickly. A refund was issued so happy customer.
