Bought some festoon lights for outside, they were installed correctly, however they only lasted 3 weeks.

Refurbished Home bargains Breightmet Bolton,bought 6 bags wood burning stove kindling priced at £1.79 a bag.At the check out charged £2.50 a bag took a long time to sort out. How many customers have been over charged Everyone should check their recipt. We have been over charged twice in the last two days.

Christmas tree decorations this year have surpassed my expectations. I can't fault the quality and price because let's face it most people do a different theme each year. Or a 2nd and 3rd tree with different themes. I have a crystal white tree. An autumnal tree (my main tree) and a candy cane tree items either 1.49, 1.99 or 2.99. I purchased most of my candy cane items from home bargains along with a cute standing snow angel a bargain at 4.99. You can order online but I prefer to ship in the store.

Hello I have tried to contact the lady who was scammed £300 by this store. Please could this lady reach out to me, I work as a PI and I can legally gain access to cctv footage etc and advise her on the next steps to take. Once theft has been proven it’s no longer a civil matter it becomes a criminal matter. I will try and reach out via messages again, I am happy to offer my services for free. Kind regards.

A poor woman has been scammed out of £300 in the Dover store. Jason and Kai (managers) were so unhelpful and have caused the customer serious distress. This is completely ridiculous! How can this be allowed to happen? This needs to be sorted now!

I was appalled to learn that a woman from Essex was defrauded out of £300 for nutcrackers. The company should immediately refund her the £300 and provide additional compensation for her travel costs and the distress caused. Both managers involved should be suspended pending a full investigation. Unless this matter is resolved satisfactorily, I will no longer shop at any of your stores.
