Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

I was in a rush and they sorted a car quickly for me. Slightly too many sales calls at the beginning but once I had an assigned account manager (Hamza) and had a brief chat with Jarred (I think was their name), it was fine.

Daanyaal was extremley helpful and professional. Was able to drive my new car away within just a couple of hours. Overall a painless experience for buying a used car.

Salesman sold a car as a hybrid wasn't, told tax would be zero ,turned out to be £190, company doesn't return calls . Driven back to company more than once. Quick enough to take money but not quick enough to refund it . Also car sold still had outstanding finance. Would not purchase from this company

Tragic company. Do not buy from here. Quick to sell cars that aren't up to standard but terrible at getting the things fixed that are on the listing. Currently £507 plus tow truck fees trying to get my car fixed. It broke after a day of me being in possession of my vehicle, left with no other vehicle I had to hire a car. Told my car doesn't have things it does have. Satnav still isn't working Countless days with it in Hiltons "garage" being fixed. 91 phonecalls made with no calls back despite staff saying "they will call you back they are just with a customer" Had to turn up at Hilton to be heard and get manager director details for him to not even email me back. Absolute joke. Been months of chasing and fighting for me to even get 2 things fixed, still waiting for the satnav to be fixed and compensation plus money I've spent for the absense of my car on too many days to count.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the recent service of the car that I purchased from your dealership. I recently discovered a significant safety concern with the brake callipers on the rear side of the vehicle that was serviced by your team. Upon further inspection by an independent mechanic, it was revealed that the brake callipers on the rear side of the car were only secured by one bolt, instead of the required number of bolts for proper installation. This oversight is not only a violation of safety standards but also puts my life and the lives of others at risk while driving the vehicle. I have attached the evidence provided by the independent mechanic, including detailed photographs and a written report highlighting the inadequate installation of the brake callipers. This negligence is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the quality of service provided by your dealership. As a customer who trusted your dealership with the maintenance and servicing of my vehicle, I am deeply disappointed by this discovery. I demand immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure that all necessary repairs are carried out to guarantee the safety and functionality of the brake system. I am requesting a full refund for the service performed on the brake callipers, as well as any additional costs incurred for the necessary repairs to address this critical safety concern. I expect a prompt response from your team regarding this matter and a commitment to resolving the issue in a timely manner.
