I knew what I wanted...
I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.
Hilton Car Supermarket has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Don’t park exchange your car. Their provisional offer was £4750, after a check by “mechanic” lowered to £3000 because of various including non existent oil leak. We left, had car checked by a local garage, confirmed no leak, no issues at all. We went back. 2nd check, as oil leak rectified (it hadn’t, it had never been there) new offer £4000 because of body work issues (also invisible). We left again. Webuyanycar.com offered £4000 unseen, guaranteed. We sold to car supermarket for £5578 & car now up for sale for £7995. Horrible experience. Salesman very nice, the men who assess the cars are rude at best.

I like the smooth process of purchasing a car. I didn’t like the customer handling. Sale person needs customer handling training. Specially on communication side very rude and unprofessional sometime.

I made an 8 hour round journey to come away empty handed with no proper explanation. Having enquired about a car, they declined my pcp application and provided no explanation. After completing my first finance application, I waited over 3 hours to have an update. I was told this would take 20 minutes! Unacceptable. They also made a mistake with my deposit. And then they adjusted it without informing me! "If you put down £8k, people start to ask questions where you got the money from" - That's what I was told after they adjusted it. I then received a call from the finance company who I discussed this situation with. They said what I’d been told was incorrect, and they should not alter your deposit. All very dodgy to me. This resulted in a second finance application going in, and I waited another hour to hear back. In total, I spent over 5 hours in the showroom with no clarity. Eventually, when I returned to my car, there was dirt all over my mats from the mechanic who inspected it. Have some decency to brush them off. This was a complete waste of my time and I'm extremely disappointed.
