I knew what I wanted...

I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Nissan juke .

We had an appointment and hash greeted us as soon as we arrived and made us comfortable while he fetched the car . He answered all my questions and even answered some before I asked them . Hash was very professional and not pushy at all . Overall a great experience and Julie loves the nissan juke we purchased. So cheers Hash for your help 😁👍🏼

Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Bad experience from start to finish, I don't know where to start if I'm honest. Unprofessional staff, I wouldn't even call them salesmen as they do not know how to sell. Disgusting service, waiting constantly for an update. The car I test drove smelt of smoke which the salesmen said it was probably the valet guy. If you want to negotiate and get a good price, don't bother. Don't bother part exchanging your car, like other poor reviews I've seen they gave the excuse to bring the price down by 80% due to an oil leak, there was no oil leak. Rude and unprofessional. I would call up for an update and it would be a new person each time. I was told a few days before the car would be MOT'd, it was not on the day I was considering buying it. My partner put a deposit down and they advised it would be refunded automatically after 72hrs, this did not happen. Instead he was having to call them up a few times a day for the refund for them to act like they had never received the deposit, honestly they are useless. This garage should be shut down. Please do not buy from here unless you like rude people and have money to waste.

Nice cars, service problems

Good selection of cars. Service was not so good, though it was a Saturday and therefore busy. My one little niggle was that it turned out that the vehicle's tax classification was 'Disabled', which will have to be changed before the vehicle can be taxed, and cannot be done online, so I will now have to send paperwork to DVLA before the vehicle can be taxed and I can use it. This sort of thing should have been sorted out before the sale.

Really bad experience with Hilton Car Supermarket, Milton Keynes

We purchased a Skoda Octavia on the 21 June 2024. On the test drive the tyre pressure warning light was showing on the dashboard. The tyres where checked and inflated by the salesman. The light came on again. There were some minor scratches which we asked to be polished out prior to collection. There was no V5 document. I asked that the tyre pressure light be sorted prior to collecting the vehicle the following Friday 21 June. We left a £500 payment. I was due to receive a call during the week however received nothing. I phoned on the Friday of collection (21 June) and spoke to Sean (I believe), however he was of no help and passed me off. We turned up at the garage and the salesman Alex was not around. When he did arrive after 30mins or so he looked surprised to see us. He then disappeared. When he eventually returned he mentioned a warranty and asked if we would like to purchase. We couldn't because there was no information. On the sale he put 3 years warranty rather than 1 year. He also missed of the V5 document £25 payment from the sale. We had to pay £25 to replace it. When we left the garage the tyre pressure light came on after a few miles. I checked all the tyres and noticed that all 4 tyres where over inflated. I set them at the correct pressures and reset the tyre pressure setting. When I took the car out for a test drive the tyre pressure light came on again. I decided to take it to my local tyre garage for a check. They confirmed that there was no issue with the tyres however they believed there was an issue with the tyre pressure sensor. I didn't drive the car the following week due to being away on holiday. I decided to phone Hilton on 1 July when I returned, however the number was redirected to Warranties 2000 who advised what I needed to do. Having taken the car to a local garage I was advised that the tyre pressure sensor was faulty. I was advised that I would need to claim through the policy. I only purchased the car on 21 June and my first contact with Warranties 2000 was on the 1 July. I then received an email confirming that I would receive £198.13 to cover a repair cost of £270.13 which would leave me out of pocket. I phoned Ellie at Warranties 2000 and she sorted everything so I didn't have to pay anything. So my issue with Hilton Car Supermarket is as follows 1. Sold a car that wasn’t legally fit for the road, having asked for the tyre pressure warning light to be checked and sorted. 2. Miss sold a warranties policy that every claim I make I will be out of pocket. This was not advised at purchase with the limited information provided. 3. Had to pay £25 for a new V5 document when Hilton should have provided the document or at least paid for the new one. 4. Scratches not polished out prior to purchase. 5. Mileage at sale incorrect. 6. Lack of communication, responsibility, ownership and competence. Also given that I’m still within the 30 days window from purchase on the 21 June 2024, I’m in my right to ask for a full refund. Within 30 Days of Purchase, The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to ask for a full refund in the first 30 days after buying any product that proves to be faulty. This includes new and used cars. The law states that a vehicle must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Zayn was fabulous!

Zayn was great at helping me from start to finish on questions I had and making sure I had a good experience when purchasing my car. I had been in a car accident the month prior and bought another car from a different dealership that had lots of issues with it, so was very patient and empathetic with me. Other than a slight delay on collecting the car, it was a very seamless transaction. Thank you Zayn!
