Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Not pushy, great experience.

I went to purchase a car from Hilton car supermarket. My salesman was Hash, who was very nice. He was not pushy in any way, they rectified an issue i had with the car i wanted to buy, so i could drive it away that very same day. I got offered extra warrantee for the car but didnt try and force it upon me, like i have had with other car dealers. I would buy from there again.

Worst experience of my life

Worst experience of my life, never had so much stress in purchasing a car, Picked the car up on the 9th July only to drive it 150 Miles home and have an ABS, Parking Break and Run flat indicator pop up on me on my way into work. Called up and pressed for after sales which immediately placed me onto warranty, which told me to take it to a garage for a diagnostic, this is when the issues began to unfold. I found that the car had previously been in an unreported accident as the body panels wasn't aligned with a replaced light and bonnet, the undertray was smashed and zip tied to the fuel line, ABS Sensor, air intake hose, brake disc degraded, Buckled wheels and the suspension strut had moved. After multiple calls and emails their after sales hiltonassist - (Which doesn't look like a monitored mailbox) I was only taken seriously when I actually made another 150mile trip back with the car. I was told it would be about 2 weeks for the repairs. I have since spoke to bodyshops and garages who have said for the body work its about 3 - 4 days to inspect and align and 1 day for replacing the undertray, ABS sensor, discs and brakes all round and inspection of the buckled wheels. I was provided a courtesy car after traveling all that way, which now has problems of its own, calling and emailing does nothing as they don't have time for people who live far out or that have already purchased the car. Lack of communication and respect for customers, once you've paid for the vehicle you are no longer their priority. Feels like they are dragging their heels so your out of the 30 days warranty by the time you get the car back. Beyond a Joke, They need to take understand that aftersales is just as if not more important than the sales as we are the people that spread the word of the dealership

There’s a reason that the 1 star…

There’s a reason that the 1 star reviews are increasing, don’t be confused by the fake 4.9 star review that they display on their website. I wish I had checked the actual Trustpilot reviews before I went here. I bought a car in May from Hilton and when I was shown the car I was told it had been fully serviced- no crashes (supposedly). Guess they don’t expect people to get their own service done less than a month after buying a car, which I would recommend everyone who had bought a car from here do, because less than 20 days after collecting the car and getting a proper service done at a BMW garage I was told that actually, the shock absorber needs replaced because it’s been seeping. I had also chosen to get the extended warranty that Hilton sell and when I got it serviced and contacted Hilton about it the replacement and supposed service they had done before purchase, they said that oh no, well actually we didn’t service it (not that it would be any good, looking at the other reviews) and they told me that they would contact the warrant company for me and also get my money back from the recent service - they didn’t. Not only that, I said I wanted to get the replacement done at a proper BMW garage and they said No! That it’s too expensive! I’m sorry but what? Why am I paying for the most expensive warranty when they only cover barely 50% of replacement cost - if your lucky! This place is a scam. they sell dodgy cars and claim they have been serviced when they haven't. They sell cars when the cars need parts replaced and don’t replace them- instead they try sell you a warranty they know you will only be able to claim half your repair costs. When I called to discuss I was told the manager would have to call me back later - of course they didn’t . Don’t be fooled by the friendly demeanour and appearance of the staff because they will lie straight to your face. I am hugely disappointed in this company for deceiving its customers. Very upsetting to have been so excited to get a new car and then having issues straight away. I would say more but it would probably get one of their salesmen in trouble. I just wanted a new car that I could rely on. Too bad you won’t get that from here unless you’re willing to pay for all the repairs that should have been done prior to sale. Just under two months later I have had to pay for all the repairs (which should have been done prior to sale) and services (paid for out of pocket) and now hope that the warranty company will compensate me back in due time. Only come here if you’re willing to be scammed and left with loads of additional bills to have your new car be drivable.

I don’t even want to give his company 1…

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star. I have no words to describe the complete incompetence of your warranty department, purchased a car 2 months ago and still we wait for the faulty items to be sorted, nobody is interested in helping us, warranty department contradicting themselves, Next stop for us is the motor ombudsman and we will have our £12k back!!!!!!!
