DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE ! totally mis sold my bmw 2 series, purchased under 2 weeks ago.. with 12 months MOT, and recent service, test drove okay but have experienced countless issues in the last 13 days of having the car. Engine light came on, had to go for a diagnostic check and car check, the breaks were worn down, metal on metal, exhaust needs replacing, costing £750 and I was told the connect drive panel needs updating at £150 but speaking to a garage they said chances are I need a new panel which could cost £2000, told by the sales advisor Abu I can pay for the update and they will reimburse me, now they are back tracking. Avoid at all costs, I regret purchasing my car from this place, it has caused me nothing but stress everyday for two weeks, having to get the bus to work as not road worthy or feel safe in the motor. 30 days warranty included but it’s ongoing communication and a battle to get anything resolved straight away :(
