Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Where do i begin? Purchased a Peugeot 3008 2019 plate on the 2nd July 2024. I had the car for 2 days. 2 days before having to place said car in a garage. The car has resided in the garage for 6 weeks!!!!!! 6 weeks of loss of earnings, 6 weeks with no communication. Originally thought the issue would just be a turbo replacement to find out someone had rebuilt the engine with no knowledge or paper trace of this. Whoever rebuilt this engine did not do so correctly. I have just received a quote for £11,000 for all the work necessary to replace and make this car roadworthy, safe and FOT FOR PURPOSE. I have since asked for a full refund, hilton car supermarket could NOT be anymore unhelpful if they tried. I will be seeking legal action for a £13,000 car that is now only worth £2,000. Your helpful staff are NOT helpful and none of us are VALUED CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!! Money thieving, unprofessional. I hope you get shut down. And do NOT REPLY with your automated email address to resolve this. Come and collect your dudd car and refund us so we can get a reliable safe car to put our children in. By the way, motor ombudsman has been contacted and I will also contact the papers to bring this to EVERYONES ATTENTION that you’re ripping off working class people who don’t have bottomless pockets.

Dear to whom this may concern, I have recently bought a BMW 330i from yourselves (1 day ago) in which an error / fault has occured already?! which actually is quite massively concerning! Not only have I had to important work meetings and cancel other plans due to this error but what makes this extremely appalling is that I have called yourselves to see how this can be rectified without causing a fuss which in all honesty I should be causing, but rather I have been advised to claim on the warranty?! Sorry, I think I am being played about here.. I certainly know my rights and I am certainly well within my cancellation period - particularly even more so in my defence as this being a finance deal and the vehicle sold to me not being fit for purpose and being faulty! Therefore, I suggest you take ownership and rectify this issue ASAP, once fixed I will want to test drive the car and check this over with a BMW dealer to ensure there are no further issues, if there is any further errors I will have my finance company be in touch to back the car, please do not play me around as I am still giving you another chance to rectify this issue although you have tried to take the easy route! I should be valued and looked after but this service and how you have gone about this is extremely poor. I am starting to lose faith in your dealership, therefore please let me know how we move forward or I will be backing the car.

So where do I start you let me drive away with a car that had a tire that was not legal I had to replace both front tires you state that the cars have passed MOT and had a service there is no way it would of passed an MOT with a tire like that I have had to spend just over £400 to get the car right as there was an issue with one of the wheels. Don’t ever buy from here
