I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

I travelled 1 hour after reserving for £99 a Range Rover sport, in short the vehicle was supposed to be prepped ready to drive away as advertised only to find the vehicle dirty unwashed with bird droppings and spiders webs and spiders all over it, the battery was flat the engine had a warning light the air suspension broken the heat bank sensors broken, and the sales staff absolutely useless, all need training in customer services and how to sell a vehicle, I will warn others not to buy from these people as they will sell you a car with faults, take your OBD reader and check before buying, really disappointed but relieved at the same time,

I have owned Audi

I have owned Audi, BMW, Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good..Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb. All in all, a pleasure to drive and experience some real power.

You stated I refused my deposit back

You stated I refused my deposit back, this is a totally inaccurate statement, you tried to offer me compensation which rightly I refused, I made it clear that I was not interested in that & continued on to say that I had requested a payment dispute through my Barclays account for taking payment made under misrepresentation, it also doesn’t explain why you then took this £99 on a recurring payment ? you also state that your AI does not identify or present itself as human…then why have it introduce itself as “Katy” on texts & not simply as “Chatbot” ? Or have a sub menu open up online & not text ! Operating within the car industry myself, I am fully aware of sales practices of advertising cars that aren’t available in the hope to draw folk in only then push to sell them something else instead often higher value than their original choice “Bait & Switch” it used to be called, I highly suspect that this is exactly the process here, this is exactly why I addressed the situation head on with Consumer Advice & Trading Standards, as for attending the showroom, I was less than 10 miles away when that final call came in lowering trade in value, by that time not receiving a call from a Manager as requested, it was my final option to vent both my anger & disappointment, the reviews online speak for themselves, there are some serious errors of judgement being carried out at Hilton Car Supermarket Milton Keynes & all involved should hang their heads in shame & if the Directors listed on Companies House are part of the act, then shame on you all, but I’ll not stop my process.

Very disappointing first interaction…

Very disappointing first interaction with this company. I booked an appointment, called prior to setting off on the 2 hour drive to reach them. Seemed to be a very busy place and seemed respectable enough.. After a short wait about 30 minutes, I was taken to see the car and it didn’t disappoint seemed great, unfortunately they couldn’t locate the cars keys, after a 2 hour wait while they searched for the keys,they couldn’t locate them and they gave up, 2 hour drive back home. Complete shambles, utter waste of an entire day, extremely disappointed, cash in pocket and wanting to a deal, as the condition of the car seemed good. Like I say, shambles of a day, very disappointing experience, would I go back maybe, but for now they’ve lost a sale. Give it a miss unless it’s on your doorstep.

I first saw the Fiat in a coffee shop…

I first saw the Fiat in a coffee shop parking lot. It was lust at first sight! Within a week, I had my own. I drove through town for days, top down, cackling. The perfect gentleman’s GT, perfect for winding mountain roads. Not a fast car, but the handling is crisp and dead-on. The turbo boost comes late and fades fast, but it’s sweet spot is the 40-80 mph band - exactly where you want that power on public roads. I love driving this car knowing I get more fun per hour than the BMW.....!
