I knew what I wanted...

I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

WARNING DO NOT BUY

WARNING. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a car on the bank holiday Monday but wasnt able to drive it home due to a dead battery. This was mentioned to us after waiting hours for the car to be “ready”. They said they would put in a new battery, new car matts and repair poor paint work, I was also informed I would get a full tank of diesel and it delivered due to these issues. I called and emailed but had no response from anyone at the dealership until demanding I was put through to a manager. Even then I was told around 5 times I’d get a call back, but then told the manager had gone home. Eventually I got very cross and was put through to a manager- the one I was advised was at home and couldn’t deal with me today! I asked over and over when the car would be delivered and wasn’t given a definite time. The car turned up on the back of a trailer at 7:30pm Thursday after the office had closed, so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone about any issues. The car broke down twice when just moving it up the road, fuel tank was empty and the car itself was dirty. On top of that, the underneath of the car had bits hanging down. We were also given a form to sign which states our 30 day warranty would cover a maximum of £250 which was not explained to us over the phone or at the time or purchase. Originally we were quoted approx £1500 for warranty of 2 years, however, I have just purchased a new car from a legit dealership and was quoted £500 with everything included! I was refunded £3000 but was told £200 would be kept whilst waiting for the V5 which is what it is. This was not mentioned in any documents or anything, I would love to see a policy stating this. However the company did not inform me they had received the V5, Never-mind starting the refund for the rest of my money. I sent them several emails but as always had no response with my queries. The first refund took 48 hours as advised by Jay Singh. However, the second refund I was told would take 5 days? Why is this so different. The staff all say different things and none of the information given matches what the person before has said.  A customer should not have to call and email as many times as I have to obtain their money.  Overall it is impossible to get hold of anyone, customer service is horrific and most of the cars have awful paint work and don’t work!! This place is a SCAM. Please note the car I purchased was a Mercedes GLA with reg number KV66OXE. Do not make the same mistake I did! Update: upon receiving the reply from Hilton I would like to emphasise that my complaint is based on the communication and lack of care. I did receive my refund within 5 days but I wasn’t informed you had received the V5, wasn’t told a definite delivery time, wasn’t told about the £250 maximum warranty. I then was ignored, lied to about a manager not being in. The list goes on.

Wish I could give it a 0 star rating

Absolutely disgusting company. They sell cars knowingly with major faults then their after sales team (1 person) ignores your calls and emails then claims it's "fair wear and tear" 🤔 Do not buy a car from this cowboy company. PS they pay for fake positive ads on their Facebook page 😂😂 absolute joke.

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at All Costs – A Masterclass in Dishonesty and Incompetence If you’re considering buying a car from Hilton, run the other way. My experience with this shambles of a dealership has been nothing short of infuriating and disgraceful. I purchased a vehicle from them in December 2024. Within two days, it became clear there was a clutch issue – something that any half-decent dealer should have caught before selling the car. It took a staggering 90 days to get this issue resolved. That alone should have been a red flag, but the nightmare was just beginning. In March 2025, I discovered the MOT had already expired, despite being reassured at the time of purchase that it would be valid for at least six months. This wasn’t just poor service – it was outright deception. When the car eventually went in for its MOT, it failed on emissions, and I later discovered it had failed on emissions the previous year as well – yet somehow mysteriously passed on the retest. Draw your own conclusions, but it certainly raises some serious questions about the legitimacy of their inspection practices. The car is currently with a Ford specialist, who believes they’ve identified the root cause – but the repair is going to cost nearly £1000. Despite repeated assurances from the dealership that they would cover this, they are now dragging their feet and disputing it, leaving me with a car that is illegal to drive and a bill they’re refusing to honour. Throughout this ordeal, the so-called after-sales "team" (read: one overworked and unresponsive person) has been an exercise in futility. Hours spent on hold, endless unreturned calls, vague promises, and emails that go days or even weeks without a reply – if they bother to respond at all. This dealership has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, accountability, and basic customer service. I’ve been left out of pocket, without a working car, and exhausted by a process that should have been straightforward. If you're looking for a dealership that will sell you faulty vehicles, mislead you about MOTs, and then ghost you when it all goes wrong – congratulations, you’ve found it. For everyone else: do yourself a favour and stay far, far away.
