Lost all of my first orders. And only got few of the 2nd order I made after repurchasing

They might remove this again as well but I don’t care, I’ll keep saying my truth. I do not recommend this company. Sizing is never accurate, and its returned repackaged high street wears that you’ll be getting. Don’t bother making a return cos you won’t get your refund. I made a return since august , yet no refund was made and no good response to my emails on the status of my return. I feel like I’ve been scammed, and I feel so stupid. The company has no phone number to call, all you get is an automated mail. I was lucky to get a few responses after then, Is been zero feedback.

It's such a shame it's came to this for me to write a negative review but I'm really upset about this issue tbh 😭 I ordered items on the 14th of July and received them a relatively quick . I returned a parcel on the 4th of august and paid 4.99 for it to be quick delivery and to get there in time. I have returned stuff with them and never had this issue so I was shocked with what has now happened. I emailed them a week later as I have autism and was worried my level did not get there they replied a week later and said sorry I we have it it will take up to a week to have ur refund back in ur account at this point I thought at least they have it and they've processed it. Fast forward a week and a half later and have no had no correspondence and have not revived a refund. I'm so upset about this as I have been extremely stressed due to this issue and has disheartened me from ever ordering here again.

It’s been 16 days since I completed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5days. I’ve tried to track the order and all I get is order placed. My mails re not being returned. I do not recommend any one to shop from this company as it seem to not a genuine.

i ordered quite a big bundle of clothing 2 weeks ago for a present (i have explained twice it was a present), ‘3-7’ day delivery so i thought it’d be here in time. my parcel has been sitting around for 2 weeks and when i go to check every single morning it just says the same thing ‘ordered placed’ i have emailed nearly every day to ask what the hell is going on!!? i’ve had one decent message back to say i’ve got a 10% discount for my next order but why would i want to ever order from here again. every other time i’ve had the same automated response. i sent an email to ask for a phone number to take this further and still haven’t been given a single bit of help. absolutely shocking!!! if i could i’d give 0 stars

This company is so fake, do not trust what they have put on their website. The only time I wanted to buy from them, pain next day delivery the parcel came 3 days later. I actually bought over £400 worth of clothes paid next day delivery and didn’t come on time. I then sent the parcel back as I didn’t need it anymore it was too late, somehow they sent it back with some stupid apology, I then wrote back to them explaining it’s too late don’t want it but to my surprise it was to late the sent it back to me. I returned it for the 2nd time. Bear in mind there is no contact number to get through to them and all they have is a contact page which you fill and and you get a response 24 hours later. At this point I’m just so frustrated with the fact that they don’t want to send a refund and stop wasting my time. I have to type up messages to them daily which is pathetic and no action. Honestly never dealt with a company like this. I’ve also discovered their socials are fake and not genuine engagement glad I didn’t end up even opening the parcel as from what I have seen on the reviews the quality is not that great. Think twice if you are thinking of ordering from them and just know their customer service is rubbish so if anything goes wrong you will be disappointed having to chase them up to help and solve your problem. I am not one of those critics or even people that give bad reviews because I run business and I know how tough it is to please everyone. However if you are a business and you can’t do the most important thing which is to make your customer happy then I don’t know what you are doing. Give me my refund and stop wasting my time.

Love this place, some of my best dresses have been from Hidden Fashion. The customer service is great, any problems just let them know and they'll resolve the issue. Really friendly while remaining professional. I'm constantly checking their new arrivals.

Loved my order, although it was a little bit delayed, but I contacted customer care and they sorted it out and it got delivered the next day. The products are so amazing I loved my order. I recommend.

Ordered from here 5 days ago and payed next day delivery. My order still hasn’t been dispatched and they haven’t responded to my email .

Have not received my order. Infact order has not even been shipped. And NO ONE is replying to my emails!!!

I don't understand what is going on with them. I am a budget fashion fan and everything was going an OK with them until recently. I placed my order with some holiday items 10 days in advance with no worry in the world and store is located in uk obviously, yet the order is not even dispatched yet! Emailed and received an apology for a "SLIGHT" delay. 10 days is not slight delay and I am going away today with my parcel just laying there in a communal space for a week if it is dispatched at all! Absolutely hate this sort of situations and could possibly take 2 weeks for order to be sent out? I believe they are not making these clothes to order!

I ordered 6 items and out of those 6 items only one was decent. I get a feeling these guys sell things that were originally returned by customers due to a fault etc because almost all of my items were not the correct size stated and 2 of them had visible flaws. The labels on these were from pretty little thing and boohoo etc. Which made me certain of the fact that these were faulty returns. One of the jumpers i got had ridiculously long arms which no normal human being could possible have unless they evolve lol it was as though it was made for one of the Mr.Men characters, Mr Tickle (ultra long arms). The lilac joggers had a couple of bright marks on them and another jumper was more of a cropped one when i wore it whereas it was supposed to be a normal length. The metallic thread was also pulled out half way as a loop and there is no way to put it back in. The maternity leggings were something you would end up with if you ordered from ebay. I ordered a size 10 (just like i would from anywhere else and i have from h&m and next etc.) And i expected it to be baggy from the belly area of course since it was maternity peggibgs but the actual legs themselves were so baggy and loose as well. I would strongly, strongly advise you not to shop here. If you are looking for cheap clothes then everything5pounds is better. I ordered my maternity clothes from them last time and i could not fault a single thing. I will have to make use of these tatters because none of my usual clothes fit me for now but i will only wear these indoors due to the faults and quality which is a huge waste of money.

Bought the mystery bag off tiktok shop was absolutely perfect ❤️ the staff are lovely & customer service is on point! Everything was on time & everything was stunning 💓

Their service is great, they stuck to the delivery dates and were urgently responsive when I had an enquiry about returning a wrong sized item. Plus their clothes are true to size and of good price and quality.
