I’ve never dealt with such a terrible business. The customer service you offer is terrible I’ve emailed about 20 times and I’ve been lied to saying i am going to receive a refund on items that I received which were absolutely dirty. I have been told I will receive a refund for about straight 2 weeks and now I’m not hearing anything. I also made an order nearly over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Everyone should Stay away.

I made an order for a concert on the 31/10/23. It never arrived when it should of. I then emailed the company on 09/11/23 to enquire why I haven’t received it yet. I was told it was missed and will be sent out in next day delivery. The concert was on the 12/11/23 and it is now the 15/11/23 and it still hasn’t arrived. Will definitely not be ordering from here again sorry

I returned some items before I went on holiday it’s been a month no refund nothing, if your buying from this website just know if your not happy for whatever reason you will not get a refund shop at your own risk , p.s hidden fashion you need to do better and I’m still waiting on my refund.

Absolutely terrible. Clothes are very small sizes and terrible quality! When you send a return you have to message continuously to get a refund. I returned two parcels and I sent around seven emails before I got my refund. Will never use this website again. Avoid!

Its been 10 working days and i have not received my parcel. The tracking number the website gives does not work. Wouldn’t recommend

When returning items they say their online return portal isn’t working so they give you a return address. You pay for your own return but the state on their website it’s FREE RETURN. Once you ship your package they claim they never received your return so you won’t get your refund. SCAMMMMMMM AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

WHERE IS MY REFUND!! no one replies to dm’s or emails, I sent my parcel back and paid for postage and nothing has been said in return! Don’t bother with this company, SHOCKING !!!

Absolutely atrocious! Some products are okay and parcel gets to you after some time (mine took 7 days) but oh my if you are returning... Returns are definitely not free as they claim on the website. You have to pay for shipping label of their choice of courier which was Yodel. I posted it next day but the parcel was in delivery for 3 weeks!! It kept rerouting (exactly about 7 times to the same depo!). I contacted them and the courier and never got any proper answer. After calling Yodel and complaining, the parcel was finally delivered but that's when the Hidden customer service stop responding. Thankfully, I paid with credit card so after another 2 weeks I reported it and got my refund from credit card company. No response received from Hidden Fashion. Don't waste your money, it might be cheap but not worth it. Most stuff are from Boohoo anyway so shocking quality. Go to everything5pounds instead.

When items arrived all clothing was awful from sizing being ridiculously oversized to colours no matching what’s advertised, the prints on tshirts were off too and it looks silly! Everything was horrendous! When I tried to get a refund no one responded to me and it’s been 4 days now. I have tried every contact email and platform to try get in contact with this company and every email I send is bouncing back. Nothing is sending!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WASTE OF MONEY!
