I had an issue with a garment. Customers services were polite, professional, and efficient. My query was resolved effectively. Therefore, I would buy from this company again.

Clothes were well packed with the label and tag intact. Quick delivery.

I purchased a few items for my holidays from HiddenFashion.com. I was very dubious to start after reading reviews but I shouldn't have been. Easy shopping experience great prices. The shipping costs were great. The items arrived when expected. Clothes were great quality and fit perfectly. An item sent was different to what I had ordered. Contacted via messages and issue resolved immediately. I am very happy with the customer service, the clothing and the prices!!

They are scammers!!! Do not buy from this site!!! ORDER #305623 I asked for the parcel number 3-4 times - they wrote that there was no delivery to Poland (although you can place an order with delivery to the European Union). I asked for a refund of £91. They wrote that there is a delivery to Poland:) I asked for the parcel number, there was no other answer. Strongly do not recommend, avoid these scammers! Their support is 90% automatic, it is very difficult to get an answer. Review update 30/05/2023. I managed to knock out all my money 91 pounds. I had to send 6 more letters to automatic support. Finally, a real person answered. Thanks to the bad review here, I received a refund in two payments. Still do not recommend this store for shopping. If you do not ship to other countries, disable this option!!!

Ordered a lovely blue cropped lace top which was so stunning I wasn’t expecting the detail to be so on point but it was! I also ordered the 10 piece mystery bag and was amazed with what I received! Perfect options for the summer aswell as a cute small bag to accessorise. Overall the quality of it all is amazing will definitely be using this site again :)

Good Store and product from my experience! I wold recommend it. In a begin, I was crusty and demanding, worrying about fast feedback and shipping. This store operates slower than many online stores with conformation of order but delivery is great and if item is no longer in stock than store returns money ASAP. An old front page logo needs to be updated and coloured using modern formats I think. It will bring more trust. Lots of sales, I like it. Will shop again. Thank you.

I purchased a 10 item mystery box via tiktok. Very happy with the purchase as the clothes I received were excellent quality and the shipping was so quick! I was missing a few items from the purchase but after speaking to customer service, they were quick to fix the issue and offered me replacement which is amazing, as some companies won’t even acknowledge it. 100% recommend this company, I have purchased prior to this order too and the previous orders were just as good! Placed an order, delivery time stated 3-7 working days. Sent them an email on day 7 and item has not been shipped. No reason as to why this happened. They cancelled my order rather fulfilling it. Keep your customers updated on orders.
