Leider unseriös! Haben mir falschen Hoodie geschickt. Erste E-Mail wurde ignoriert. Dann wurde behauptet ich habe mich zu spät gemeldet. Als ich den Ausgang der ersten Mail beweisen konnte wurde mir zugesichert man würde das Problem lösen. Auf diese „Lösung“ warte ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen seit Anfang Dezember vergeblich.

2 Hoodies bestellt beide falsche Größe geliefert. Habe mein Geld trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden nicht zurück erhalten. Würde sagen das es Verbrecher sind auf keinen Fall dort bestellen!!

Placed a order, they cancelled within a hour and said they would refund me that was 4 weeks ago & I still waiting. Avoid at all costs. Would have given zero stars but couldn't.

I have given 1 star only because i coudnt give zero. I placed an order which I was told would take 3-7 days. After 10 days I tried to contact them but got no reply. I have since tried to contact them several times and still no response to even acknowledge my emails. My advice would be steer well clear of this site. I will not be using it again and will make sure everyone knows its dodgy.

I’ve never had a problem in the past with any of my orders but how things have changed…. I placed a order on the 11th October and I’m still waiting for my order, I’ve sent numerous emails and I’ve received one saying they’re chasing up my order but I haven’t heard anything since even though I’ve asked them after receiving the email from them if there is any updates on my order

I placed an order on the 28th September, 2 weeks later the order still hadn’t arrived so I emailed to ask for an update, I got no reply. A week later I contacted again via email and the order form on the website and after a few days finally got a response saying “Many thanks for your order. We are chasing this for you”. - helpful! A week later I’d heard nothing so emailed again and got no response. It’s been just over 5 weeks now, my order has not arrived, I’ve been charged and the customer service has been terrible. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Absolute joke this company. First order an item was missing but didn’t make a fuss as it was only £5. Tried another order and only 1 out of 3 arrived, this time £57 out of pocket. Thank god I used PayPal this time and I’ve opened a dispute. This company ignores contact form via the website and any emails sent to them. Absolute thieves, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

If I could rate less I would. Ordered a few lovely looking dresses wayyyyy back in Jan/feb what came was cheap looking so sent back. Still to this day 8/9 months on, and I’m eating on my refund. Multiple messages have been sent. Originally I was replied to say it would be ‘chased up with the accounts team’ but now I’m just getting full on ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I just received a dress from this company which looked absolutely beautiful on Instagram etc! 😤 It is cheap tat!!! By reading the comments below I’m not holding out any hope if a return which is very sad. Why do business get away with ripping people off like this 🤷🏼‍♀️ plus how do you actually get intouch with them as I only have emails from PayPal not the company?

Ce site est totalement frauduleux ne commandez pas dessus cela fait plus d’un mois que j’attends ma commande et que je leur envoie des mails en privé et qu’il ne bouge pas le petit doigt que ce soit au niveau du remboursement ou de la livraison faites très attention

I made an order on the 16th of March and today is 3rd of April. My order still has not arrived. It was due within 5 working days and it’s been 3 weeks. I have contacted customer service numerous times and they advise ‘ it’s on the way ‘ .. still not here. I have requested a full refund for my item and still have not heard back.

This company agents are useless and don’t even respond to emails.

Not good customer service. I told them within one day that I didn’t want to keep the ring and their response it, we don’t provide a refund as we are a small family business. I am sorry, but why do I have to waste my money because of you not being able to provide goods that I fit for use? The ring is cheap, cannot be worn. I want a refund. That’s it. I have 14 days by law to change my mind. This is unacceptable

Dispatch time says 3-5 days for shipping it’s been 11 days and my order hasn’t been shipped.

STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER! Paid for next day, never arrived and was told the system skipped my order. They re-sent next day via the worst delivery company known to man kind, EVRI, and its still not arrived a week on! Takes days for a response, no phone number, no real effort to resolve the issue. People just pay a little more buying from another company as this company is shockingly bad!

Hidden Fashion company is very unprofessional. I can bet anything that my first order was delayed for 14days,I was like ooo maybe they had a lot of backlog because of the cheap price,Guess what? my package came after 18days & to top it all up,it was delivered in a reaped box and I wasn’t satisfied at all, another surprise was that they use Evri delivery service. Now I have made the biggest mistake of all time,I placed an of order 12 Different items, firstly it took them forever to be shipped and all of a sudden the hidden fashion and Evri delivery service, decided on their own terms to return by package with zero reasons, I sent an email to the company when I couldn’t reach Evri. They literally said I will have to wait till Evri delivers my package back to them before shipping it back again to me. This is very !!! very terrible & anytime I complain, they come up with a miserable 10%discount. Can you just act right? As it is now, I am still waiting to hear from hidden fashion and Evri delivery service!!! It been over 2weeks now, since 23rd of November. Avoid these two service provider guys avoid them!!! They will stress the hell out of you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered 2 pairs of jeans nearly a month ago after numerous emails to them I got a response stating my items would be shipped next day delivery as my order was completely skipped from the system! It’s been 3 days since I was promised next day delivery and still haven’t got my items I’ve emailed again to ask to cancel the order and been told no as they’ve already shipped them out well I’m sitting with no order and no clue as to where it is not even tracking provided the girl is nasty and horrible who’s refusing to give me my money back her name is Kirsty just so you all know I’m begging please don’t order from here it’s all a big scam ripping people off!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

My order finally come after being 2 weeks late and the clothes were dirty , the tags had been cut so I couldn’t see the setting to wash stuff on. The clothes were all from different places like Boohoo, atmosphere, pretty little thing, so clearly buying when there a huge sale in bulk then selling for more . I want a refund anyways from start to finish I’ve had a bad experience with this company .

I emailed asking we’re is my order they said it will be next day delivery as it was skipped I would then received tracking which I never I have emailed continuously asking we’re is my order been over 14 days now and I’m still getting ignored I wouldn’t order of these scamming people £52 and didn’t receive my order absolutely disgusting furious isn’t the word DO NOT ORDER appaling service
