Ordered the 10 items mystery bag from TikTok after seeing them all over my for you page. Was not disappointed with it! They arrived quickly. I received a variety of clothes which are high quality. Will be ordering again soon

I ordered the mystery bag after seeing it on TikTok it arrived after about 7days I wasn’t expecting much as it was only £20 but I was very surprised when it arrived. It had a very good variety of items from jeans and denim shorts to dresses and accessories I was very happy with what I got I ordered the size 12 mystery bag and everything fitted perfectly I would highly recommend everyone to try it.

They are a complete scam, do not buy from this site, I have written all over the place to see if anyone responds to me and they only tell me that they are processing it. I still haven't received my order and now I just want my money back. Order #297179

I did the mystery box for £24.99 for 10 items what an absolute bargain! Half the stuff doesn't suit me but could sell for more that what you paid for the mystery box! Does anyone know how often they restock the sizes for these sooo good!

Order not arrived. No updates or communications regarding order or delay. Do not recommend Order confirmation states 3-5 days 3weeks plus and still nothing. Feel scammed. Requested refund. EDIT in response to below reply: I have reached out. Requested information. Unfortunately I do not have the time to be chasing a order or a refund that should of been dealt with 2 weeks ago. I am really amazed how you can respond to feedback yet cannot respond to customer queries or complaints. 5* for taking my order and money and replying to your negative feedback. Maybe try putting the same effort in to completing orders, supplying goods or issuing refunds or even courtesy updates.

I ordered some clothes nearly 2 weeks ago now, paid for delivery which said the items would arrive in 3-7 days. Have had no idea given of when the clothes will be arriving. Feel like I’ve been robbed Update: Was told my order had been shipped 2 days ago, however have received no confirmation and have received nothing! Poor service, would not recommend.

I’ve been invited to leave a review for my ‘recent order’ but my order has not even arrived, nor have I received any update on where it is of when I’ll get it? I have now been asked to send an email to the customer service team with my order number and email address so they can look into it?? It was you guys that emailed me about my recent order to ask for the review in the first place…. So you already have all the info you need?! A delay tactic if ever I saw one. Do you need me to confirm my name too? Cos that is on the review 👍

Their "mystery box" is a con. I ordered one for £25 plus postage and weeks later received a parcel. I would be happy if a half of 10 of items was suitable for me. But they were unfashionable, low quality, random pieces. I wrote to the customer service asking if I can return it. They pointed at the returns section of their web site. I paid for delivery and after not hearing from them I made sure the parcel is delivered to them. I reached again and their response was: "We can see you have returned a mystery box - however we have stated on our product description for this item - and in our T&C's that we do not accept exchanges or returns for these." Just like that. No items, no refund and they now can con somebody else with the same set of rubbish clothes. Convenient!
