I’m glad to say that I need to update my initial negative review! I wanted to file a claim with Heymondo after my flight was cancelled and rescheduled, which caused unexpected expenses for hotel and transport. Initially, there was a misunderstanding during the chat support that refused my request, but once clarified by phone and email, the team was very helpful and guided me step by step through the claim process. Thanks to their support, I was able to submit all the required documents and quickly receive reimbursement for my expenses. The only feedback I have is that it should be easier to open a claim after the official end date of the trip, as sometimes it is impossible to anticipate certain expenses that occur after the expected return date. Overall, I appreciate their assistance and prompt resolution of my case.

Debido a respuestas ambiguas y lentitud al responder sobre si me correspondia un reembolso y dudas como era el proceso de ir a urgencias decidi no renovar con ellos un seguro de larga estancia gracias por los 190 euros que me ahorre me vinieron muy bien y si me hubiera pasado algo en ese tiempo ya me buscaba yo el centro de salud y no estar esperando horas en caso de emergencia como lei en algunos comentarios, yo ya sabia cuales eran ciertos costes medicos del pais donde me encontraba asi que no me haciais falta visto lo visto. Ademas muchas exclusiones, directamente NO cubren terremotos, inundaciones etc y parece que cualquier otra cosa te la van a mirar con lupa. Heymondo son intermediarios al final ni ellos ni ima iberica. Era la tercera vez que les contrataba y no habrá cuarta

Per fortuna non ho ancora dovuto usufruire dell' assicurazione durante il viaggio, ma ho avuto un paio di problemi con l'assicurazione che ho stipulato per errori miei di compilazione. Mi sono rivolta all' assistenza tramite il numero wathsapp e sono stati velocissimi, disponibili e gentili a sistemare tutti gli errori. Mi sembra un' azienda molto seria, la consiglio.

è sempre difficile fidarsi della propria comprensione delle regole, pur se si è laureati. Ma ecco che ti chiama VALENTINA e ti fa comprendere con pazienza, chiarezza e competenza e... non ti senti più sola. Dopo aver avuto problemi durante il viaggio a New York abbiamo contattato l'assistenza che ha aperto la pratica ma poi dopo numerosi solleciti e mail non ci hanno mai mandato i documenti per procedere. L'unica cosa che dicevano era: "abbiamo sollecitato". Nel prossimo viaggio ci assicureranno con qualcun'altro.
