I’m glad to say that I need to update my initial negative review! I wanted to file a claim with Heymondo after my flight was cancelled and rescheduled, which caused unexpected expenses for hotel and transport. Initially, there was a misunderstanding during the chat support that refused my request, but once clarified by phone and email, the team was very helpful and guided me step by step through the claim process. Thanks to their support, I was able to submit all the required documents and quickly receive reimbursement for my expenses. The only feedback I have is that it should be easier to open a claim after the official end date of the trip, as sometimes it is impossible to anticipate certain expenses that occur after the expected return date. Overall, I appreciate their assistance and prompt resolution of my case.
