Another excellent experience with Adam and Sultan, and Happy Services
This was my second job for Hello services and I was delighted to have Adam and Sultan back again. I had furniture assembly and clearance work to be done, and again it was done very professionally to a very high standard, and with absolute politeness at all times. They did an excellent job yet again and are also lovely to chat to! I'd thoroughly recommend Adam and Sultan, as well as Happy services generally.

Deep cleaning service from Jon
Deep cleaning service from Jon with Hello Services was excellent. I had filled in the form slightly optimistically and he took it in his stride and brought up the damaged carpets so well that I might not need to replace them. A different cleaning company had quoted £130 more than Hello Services and weren't even going to bother deep cleaning the carpets because they were 'too far gone'. Friendly, helpful and fast.

End of Tenancy Cleaning Service
Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

A horrible experience
A really awful experience. I wish I'd read beyond the (obviously promoted) five-star reviews. I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid them £600 to do a post-builders clean, unfortunately before they did it. They did a very perfunctory clean of the house but missed all the storage areas - cupboards, cabinets, drawers, everything, in a BIG house - which they should have done as standard. I spent four hours cleaning those myself. They also left the stove greasy and rest of the house not terribly clean. They insist they can only offer a re-clean and no refund, and that only if I send them pictures of the uncleaned ares. Well, they're clean now, aren't they? I did them myself. No way can I get back to the house to take pictures before we move in. They are taking no responsibility and falling back on "terms and conditions" as their defence. They should be ashamed of themselves. Please take your custom elsewhere and avoid these liars.

The cleaning team were brilliant, so polite, friendly, hard working and clearly experienced. So considerate and careful, took their shoes off before stepping into the flat. They were willing to work with us so we could move things as they went along in order to clean inside / under / behind everything. Very happy.
