Save your money - avoid Hello!
I’d advise anyone to use a local cleaning service - hello are really expensive, their performance is poor and their customer service isn’t great either. I had a ‘deep clean’ where 2 people came for a few hours - they didn’t clean the windows properly (they didn’t open the window to clean the pvc), they didn’t touch the hob, and the rest of the clean was a standard level - definitely not a deep clean, and definitely not worth the money. To remedy this they offer the same people to come - which is firstly awkward, and secondly poor (I don’t want the people who didn’t do a good job to come back!). Save your money!

Quote online for a deep clean was very speedy & competitive, it very clearly stated what was included in the price. To arrange a date was very easy as a result of their follow up phone call. On the appointment day Gyuven arrived on time & his clean of the property was phenomenal. We have never seen the bathroom so sparkling clean. We highly recommend Hello Services and will use them again without hesitation.

I would've given the handymen 5 stars, but felt slightly let down by the admin side of things as I didn't receive confirmation that they would actually turn up on the day or any instructions about what sort of preparation would be required on my part. Fortunately they did turn up and did an excellent ob.
