After Builders Clean in Kent
I used Hello Services in Kent for an After Builders Clean. The two people who came to clean were prompt, even in heavy snow, they communicated well, took in everything I asked them to do, gave me a clear time estimate and kept to it, and did a really thorough, impressive, detailed job. I was very grateful and think highly of them. Really feels like I have my house back after all the work and the mess. Thank you.

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing
Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.

Hello services is cheaper than some and the experience reflects that price with the service they offer. Please note, the claim / guarantee they make regarding your end of tenancy clean and ensuring landlords are happy - they don’t honour this, nor live up to this standard. There were coffee ring marks lefts behind, smudges and general cleaning standards that you’d expect from a general clean, that were not even reached. As for the “professional” carpet - they cleaned it twice allegedly. But when another company tried it was cleaned to perfection (I paid for another company to come and correct their poor service). This just showed the tools / expertise they have are clearly inferior. I complained and received word that they wouldn’t do anything about that due to some small T&C fine print - shame you don’t lead with that small print when you say “end of tenancy guarantee”. Overall won’t ever consider using them again, don’t recommend them at all. A better response from your team / partial refund could have avoided a negative review, but you are so hell bent on charging customers for sub-par service and making a profit from poor work ethic, that you won’t retain any of your customers. Poor form, poor service, poor comms. Avoid. Goodbye Services.

Loqman and team had done an amazing job for my client who is a smoker. We knew it would be a tough job and wasn’t expecting a lot done but they had gone above and beyond to clean the place. I highly recommend him and his team, nothing was too difficult and they insist to finish the job on a high note. Thank you very much!

Deep clean of occupied property
Called in to do a clean after the new tenants advised the outgoing tenants had not cleaned before vacating. They were very accommodating with dates and delayed to allow new tenants unpack. The new tenants are very pleased and confirmed that they did an excellent job. Will use again

There is no place to put zero or minus…
Worst ever service seen after paying full amount. There is no place to put zero or minus star for the service they offered for post cleaning service first time cleaned and then agents were not happy so they said we will come and re clean in 30 minutes they cleaned and went, the areas that were told not even touched and then again they are saying we come third time and re clean is this the service you provide. Latter I have to pay £120 to owner for re cleaning and I send email to them and they never replied on it, my advice never go with them they wont refund and keep doing re cleaning and waste your valuable time. To answer below: what measures you took that not email reply as you are done and I paid £120 extra from my pocket is that measure you took?
