These guys were amazing! They turned our right mess of a house into a sparkler. Professional, hard working and genuinely friendly, also efficient with time, thought it would take much longer but nah they did it fast and good.

Find someone else to clean your home!
We booked a one off deep clean following a couple of building projects, specifying that we wanted furniture moved and cleaned underneath, all woodwork washed down, all surfaces and lights cleaned. The team notified us at 9pm the night before that they wouldn't arrive until midday (for a 9am booking) and then they didn't arrive until 12.30pm. The work they did was OK - but what is really important to note is the work they didn't do - but should have done ... They did not move the settees and hoover underneath them They did not wash the hard floors They did not wash down the tiles in the bathrooms and toilet They did not clean the top of the kitchen cabinets They did not clean the sinks They did not dust behind the radiators or any items of furniture. They did not properly clean the light fittings. In advance, they also made us clear all the surfaces in the rooms we wanted cleaned - ornaments, photos, books everything - which took me the best part of the day to do the whole house and meant we had to store all our possessions in one of the bedrooms - so they didn't clean that at all. They charged £387 for a four bedroom house. It is not good value for money. I would suggest you find another organisation if you are looking for someone to clean the house you live in - and looking at some of the reviews, I'd also suggest a different organisation if you are looking for someone to clean at end of tenancy. Very disappointing all round. Edited after reading the reply - I didn't bother to send photos because we didn't want to waste more time waiting for a reclean to be booked with all our stuff in boxes in the spare room! We had already cleaned under the settees ourselves before I put the complaint in. Its just not a service designed for homes that are being lived in and the fact that the team just didn't clean what we contracted them to clean destroyed our faith in the service - so we took it as a very expensive lesson learned - find another cleaner to help you!

AWFUL COMPANY! AWFUL SERVICE!!
On an initial booking for an after builders clean up and having only just moved into our new house and having had extensive decorating done throughout, the company were more than happy to take my money. When it came to the clean, it was awful, the cleaners didn’t clean the house properly, they left streaky windows all over the house, numerous surfaces uncleaned, didn’t even touch the garage, or the appliances that they were supposed to. This is when it went from bad to worse, after lodging a complaint, and asking for a refund the company told me that it was in there T&C’s that they don’t give refunds (I was never shown or informed of any T&C’s or refund policy when they took my payment over the phone or was i informed of any policy regarding the booking of a re-clean, they have since, and when it was convenient for them, informed me of these policys and T&Cs). Hello Services offered a date for a re-clean which did not work for me or my wife, as we were both at work that day and i told them that another date was more suitable for us (it should be noted at this point, the company have since informed me that this was me refusing their services) it was not! In the same email thread we agreed that the cleaners would return to the house to carry out a deep clean approx a month later, as me and my wife had to spend a couple of hours cleaning the house ourselves after the cleaners left as we could not live in the house in the state it was left. The cleaners turned up on the second clean, and started to clean, I then received a phone call from the company informing me they had not received payment for this clean, the man I was speaking to was what I would consider rude, continually speaking over me as I tried to explain that this service had been offered to me to make up for a bad experience in the first booking. He then called the cleaners and asked them to leave my house. Disgusting experience!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
