I am not getting the support I urgently need - I have emailed and tried a number of times I need my DNS details urgently I did not set up the domain so have no login details but it is my email and my bank details

Heart Internet deleted the wrong website almost a month ago and I am getting nowhere trying to get it rectified. It is impossible to speak to a real person and the ticket system is inadequate so messages are remaining unanswered for days at a time. I am not techy at all and have finally worked out how to reset my cookies so that I can access the 'Live' chat....but guess what, there is no one live at the end of it. Fingers crossed a live person will get to it before the end of the day, otherwise another few days will pass with nothing and I will continue to loose more money....unless of course, I prioritise this over helping the 20 overseas rescue dogs that I am due to support tomorrow before the weekend.

Heart has blocked one mail account, the most important for sending out statements and invoices. Their reason is that we send spam, which we don't and never have! We do keep in regular contact with many of our 1000+ customers and those who make enquiries. Apparently this is spam. I will be forced to look elsewhere as they seem unable to restore our services.

I recently needed to downgrade my Wordpress hosting with Heart Internet and experienced difficulties doing it. I contacted support and Adrian Costin was my assigned support person. Adrian realised quickly that I was having problems, despite him clearly talking me through the stages required to complete the migration. Whilst it is outside of the scope of Heart Internet's support, Adrian offered to complete the migration for me during spare time he had. I had to change some security settings to allow him to continue, but after that, I just had the odd messages from my website's security letting me know what was happening. I short time later Adrian contacted me to let me know the migration was complete and asked me to test the site. Everything worked perfectly so I restored the extra security features and the job is done! I can't thank Adrian enough for taking the time to go well above and beyond what I expected to help me out. He is a true credit to himself and his employer, Heart Internet. I very rarely leave reviews on Trustpilot, and this is truly a genuine review. It is the least I can do in return for the expert support and assistance I have had from Adrian. It's people like him that help companies retain customers...I know, I used to run an IT support company.

I have been trying to properly point our domain to our email server with hostinger. I have logged a ticket ref: 2310080086 to this end and I have not gotten a response in more than 24 hrs. Its currently still showing awaiting support. This has led to loss to business as we are unable to communicate with our clients and attend to our customer request

I have no facility to send/receive emails in MS Outlook and despite logging a ticket weeks ago and I keep getting the same GENERIC RESPONSES with the same settings to try and no escalation process to get this issue resolved. Now they no longer offer telephone support either, which is a JOKE because the chat facility puts you in touch with the same people who reply with the generic responses to the tickets. You have been able to resolve this EXACT issue in the past by changing the server my account is on and this has worked with my other email account, but this one remains unresolved.

If I could leave a 0 I would.... been with Heart for years but now the service provided, platform, and customer service are awful. Like other reviews, they lock you out of your account and then tell you the only way to get back in is to give them a PIN number that is inside your account! there is no phone number, live chats are awful, and use threatening language with no understanding of the customer's needs. there is only an email address which is no good when your query is urgent. We will be moving our services elsewhere.

A week to respond to support tickets and then usually with no help whatsoever. I reported an issue 4 weeks ago (support ticket raised on 27/07/23) and it’s still not been resolved, will edit if/when this issue is resolved. If you’re looking for reliable hosting or domain names, look elsewhere you’d be wasting your money and weeks of your time trying to get a half decent service with Heart internet. It's now been over 14 days since the last update on my issue (last update was on the 25th Septmeber) and still no resolution. 16th October and finally all issues resolved.

Wow, I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service that Heart Internet has turned into over the last few years has been shocking. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years, so feel I'm well qualified to comment on the service decline over recent years. In that time, they have gone from one of the best hosting companies in the UK to one of the worst. Customer service has been one of the main victims. I have just waited 5 days for a response to my latest support ticket. When it finally arrived, it was the usual, poor English drivel they spout out through outsourced custom service centres. The platform is far too dated now, the interface hasn't changed much in the last 20 years. If you plan on using these guys to host your business email using their shared hosting plans, prepare for a lot of it to end up in recipients' spam folders or bounce back to you. Unfortunately, Heart Internet is a great example of buy-outs leading to poor management and ultimately, a very poor end product.

I've been a customer for about 20 years, they were excellent at first but sadly rapidly declined lately. I dont like being negative but having to wait a week to get a response from customer service is terrible, you can tell when things are not 'quite' right within a company. No Email contact address, no phone number, it smells bad !! My advice to the poor yound person working for HeartInternet viewing this review is, 'Get out NOW, while you can, especially if you thought of having a career in I.T. For anyone considering this company there are far more modern and up to date Reseller companies out there that offer a much better package and a lot less than 50 quid a month , look elswhere, you've been WARNED 1 last thing for HeartInternet, please dont bother to reply to this post, I've seen all the other generic cut n' paste apologies you've responded with to other customers.

Terrible service

I have been a customer for many many years. Used to have good customer support but now it is non existent. I had a problem that needed attention so raised a support ticket 3 days ago and it hasn’t been looked at yet. I have also tried online chat several times but after talking to a virtual assistant you are just kept waiting and no one responds. The telephone support has also been taken away. If you run in to a problem you’re on your own. I am now looking to move to a competitor that offers a decent level of support. AVOID THIS COMPANY. **UPDATE** It’s taken 7 days for a reply to my raised ticket. The reply basically gives me instructions how to transfer my domains away from them. They obviously aren’t interested in keeping customers, just advising them how to move away. What a joke.

I have been with Heartinternet for over 20 years since they took over my original email provider Xcalibre. They used to be helpful and responsive. The service has deteriorated steadily to the point where it is unusable. The service regularly fails. This often requires resetting the account details. The advice on the chatline is very limited, difficult to access and often fails to solve the problem. If you depend on your emails, avoid this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Read the recent reviews and it says it all my email has not beef wiring for 12 months I tried to fix using chat no way . I paid for telephone support it’s gone they broke my contract but still expect payment . This company appears to be fake and on the verge of collapse they just want your money. An ombudsman needs to investigate before more people are deceived

Avoid like the plague... I've been with these guys for over 25 years (since they were known as WebFusion) but their lack of service, over priced costs and ineffective support are now just on a downward spiral of self-destruction. I've got fed up of having to apologise to clients for Heart Internet's failure to provide a service they are being paid for and I've found plenty of alternative hosting solutions out there that charge less and offer more.

Terrible support, they take literral hours to respond. Let alsone fixing the issues. It's been 24 hours and my "support" tickets are unanswered. I will be moving my business to another hosting provider.

Heart internet stopped/deleted my website, my email address is not receiving emails, ive contacted there support team and are bloody hopeless, don't care . WAIST OF SPACE AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY. UPDATE, STILL NOT FULLY RECIEVING MY EMAILS, AND MY WEB SITE HAS BEEN DELETED. this company is a waist of space DONT BOTHER GOING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUES, THEY CANT EVEN RUN A EMAIL SERVICE.

I have been a heart internet customer for over 10 years. I have always recommended them to everyone who asked me for a reliable host. That's simply not the case anymore, they have the worst support, the only tickets they respond to are billing related. My support requests remain unanswered for days and recently I have never been able to get through to a support agent on Chat. I have a reseller account and I am moving all my clients to a more reliable hosting service. Goodbye Heartinternet, please stay away from them if you value your time, business and reputation.

I have been waiting over 4 hours for a customer service agent to reply to my support ticket. I had marked it as urgent as i cannot access my VPS Plesk control panel and customer websites are offline. I have not had this experience in the past with Heart Internet customer service being so slow to respond, especially when it's so urgent. I am not happy at all.
