Can't Send/Receive EMails
I have no facility to send/receive emails in MS Outlook and despite logging a ticket weeks ago and I keep getting the same GENERIC RESPONSES with the same settings to try and no escalation process to get this issue resolved. Now they no longer offer telephone support either, which is a JOKE because the chat facility puts you in touch with the same people who reply with the generic responses to the tickets. You have been able to resolve this EXACT issue in the past by changing the server my account is on and this has worked with my other email account, but this one remains unresolved.
