it seems like "Rats jumping a sinking ship ?"
I've been a customer for about 20 years, they were excellent at first but sadly rapidly declined lately. I dont like being negative but having to wait a week to get a response from customer service is terrible, you can tell when things are not 'quite' right within a company. No Email contact address, no phone number, it smells bad !! My advice to the poor yound person working for HeartInternet viewing this review is, 'Get out NOW, while you can, especially if you thought of having a career in I.T. For anyone considering this company there are far more modern and up to date Reseller companies out there that offer a much better package and a lot less than 50 quid a month , look elswhere, you've been WARNED 1 last thing for HeartInternet, please dont bother to reply to this post, I've seen all the other generic cut n' paste apologies you've responded with to other customers.
