As many people have said, the support side of things is extremely poor. I have raised several tickets recently and the have all taken extreme lengths of time to get responses. I raised an 'urgent' ticket with them that took over 16hrs to get a response. They are also very slow to integrate updates such as PHP etc. Our business has taken the decision to remove all our hosting with them.

Adrian, the agent was very helpful and took the time to explain what was causing the problem and reassured me how the issue would be resolved.

Been with them as a reseller for 21 years. They have their not-so-great moments, but that's business. On the whole however I've never wanted to use a different hosting provider. Customer service for me has been brilliant 98.999989% of the time.

As far as I can tell, the smtp server has suddenly decided to block my emails as spam to the 50 members of charity of which my wife is secretary. She is now sending to 12 members at a time and these go through. some are blocked randomly. as spam. i sent a customer service request last Sunday but have had no response up to now 4 days later. Last week all the emails I sent to members with BT adresses were blocked as spam despite there being no spammy words on the email. I don't know what is going on but after 15 years or so with Heart when customer service was excellent and queries answered brilliantly something has gone very wrong. I'd like to know why my emails are blocked as spam at smtp level- has my email address been compromised for instance. I could do without this hassle; but customer service seems too busy to answe just when I need them.

I am a member of a Veterans Association that registered its Domain name and hosted its website with a reseller for this company. The reseller has seemingly disappeared and it became impossible to pay for the domain's renewal fee. Heart Internet, as the domain registrar, were contacted requesting assistance regarding this several times over the past month and did not even bother to reply. As a result the domain name has expired and our website serving former members of the army has vanished. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs and find a reputable service provider to host a website or purchase a domain name.

Heart has always been reliable in terms outages, but the quality of their website is inexcusable in 2024. it's incredibly slow - and this is the website *of a hosting company*. It's counter-intuitive, buggy and poorly designed; I don't think it's changed in the 10+ years I've been using it. Customer service has always been hard to identify and engage, though when you get their attention there are very good individuals. But I find the whole experience of being a customer of Heart unacceptable. The only reason I haven't left is knowing what a pain it's going to be trying to migrate services somewhere else.

I used Heart Internet for over 10 years for website and domain hosting, but sadly there seems to be a lack of investment in the service over the years. - The user interface is dated and clunky compared to its competitors. - Support is slow, however when answered I've had a good experience with the agents. - No MFA! I asked over a year ago if this was coming and was told it was on roadmap, but in 2024 still no MFA options, which sadly meant I moved to another provider. This is seriously unacceptable given the value of the services provided to an end user. I will say that the email forwarding capabilities that came as standard for a domain with no additional email service were great, and kept me with them for a bit longer, but this is now available from Cloudflare. Such a shame.

I have an issue with my one of my domain account. Andrei M was so helpful and very patient in giving instruction to a non-technical person. highly recommend their service. resolved all my issues with anything regarding my domain accounts.

Yet another poor company leaving us stranded with no website or emails for over a week and no direct calls available , AVOID!

They make the cancelation process very difficult and refuse to refund remaining 11 months after a being a customer for 7+ years. Rude, automated replies to cancelation requests, slow to respond and unhelpful. No 2FA, the site and product have not improved in 7 years. Wish I'd just made the switch years ago!

Monica was very helpful in assisting me with an issue on the site, although the issue wasn't something i would normally expect much assistance with they did their best to help me get to the bottom of it!

Needed support with a mailbox, created ticket on 12th Jan, no response. I replied again to try and prompt them to answer on the 16th, no response. It's been nearly a week now and no support at all and for some reason the live chat isn't working within the system either! No other way to contact them, very poor from heart!
